Excellent service. Provided peace of mind arriving at busy Bangkok airport and took us safely to our hotel. English speaking staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent Service - met at the pre designated area in the Arrivals hall of Bangkok airport. Offered to take our suitcases to the car. Car large enough for all our cases and driven directly to our hotel. Driver unloaded all our luggage, only to be told that we were staying in another wing 1 minute away. With good grace, he loaded everything back in and drove to the other entrance and did the whole exercise again! Thank you!

North was our efficient and helpful guide which so streamlined our visits. I cannot do stairs easily after knee replacement and he found us elevator access points. It was a small group of 3 since one couple failed to show. The tour began very early which made an even earlier wake up time necessary in order to call and arrange a Bolt pick up to get us into near the center to arrive at one of the few hotels designated for van pickup. However, the early time put us ahead of the many crowds. We were there before opening at ur first temple stop to see the GOLD Buddha. We were given ample time to see what we wanted. With rain a threat north and his helpful driver provided umbrellas for us should we needed them. Even though the Gem Shop at the end was above our budget, the video about Thailand’s gemstones was informative and the extensive showroom was an enjoyable window shopping experience for amazing jewelry that doesn’t fit our casual lifestyle Thanks north for all the care you took and getting us dropped off at the BTS.

The coordinator in the airport could not have been nicer. I ran into issues with my luggage not showing up and she was being incredibly helpful with talking to multiple people at the airport to locate it. They waited for me which they didn’t have to as there is a time limit on how long they stay after you land. Would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing! We loved it! especially if you have limited time in Bangkok or don't want the hassle of trying to book all these events separately and getting to them with traffic in Bangkok a nightmare all day long! The Pick up & drop off at your hotel is one huge bonus! You see so much, so be prepared with a hat, water and good walking shoes! Unfortunately all sites we went to were PACKED! It becomes difficult to take photos or see things as there's so many tourists trying to do the same thing...I would recommend you try go in the down season if crowds are not your thing. Our guide Dom was highly knowledgeable on all topics/history. Due to this being a group event we were hurried along at all stages, that became a bit tedious as getting photos was problematic! Nice air-conditioned van taking us to the temples too. Would recommend this trip irrespective. 😀

First class transfer process, absolutely no issues. Strongly recommend. Pickup was very easy to identify at the airport and the vehicle was very clean, spacious and modern. Good, safe driver who navigated the Bangkok rush hour traffic with ease.

The tour was well worth it. Kudos to our guide, Pasith kasuya, who was very lively, knowledgeable and entertaining. Given the heat and humidity of Bangkok in May, the half-day tour was just right for a little cultural immersion. Bangkok is a beautiful and culturally rich city and I would definitely want to visit Thailand again.

I'm extremely DISSAPOINTED in Tripadisor and Destination Services!!! This service should have a better way to pass messages to their drivers. We missed our connecting flight in Istanbul, Turkyie and arrived in Bangkok early afternoon instead of early morning. As soon as I could, which was 8:30 pm ( 20:30 hours) in Bangkok, I sent a message from Istanbul on Tripadvisor and also an email. I also called the phone number provided and spoke with Dixie from Tripadvisor, who assured me that she would pass my message onto the office in Bangkok. Calling from another coun try was very challenging, as I don't have an international calling service. So, imagine how much I spent on call waiting and talking with Dixie. Arriving at Bangkok, no pickup service awaited for us. Trying to figure out how to get to our hotel, accidentally we bumped into a woman working for Destination Services who offered us a ride to the hotel that she can arrange privately. We paid B800 Baht to the driver. This woman who was really working for Destination Services (she had the uniform and the badge), showed us a picture of the driver with my name on a board, who was waiting for us in that morning with our initial flight. He lately said that he didn't check his messages/emails until later in the morning????????!!!!!!!!! Really????? You are waiting an international flight and are not checking your messages???????? What kind of service is that? All my emails, messages, phone calls were in vain after missing our connecting flight. I spent on Tripadvisor B 1,015 Baht for this service that I NEVER received. It was not my fault that we missed the connecting flight. It could happen to anyone. The system must be better organized in such cases. I have never received ANY apology from Tripadvisor or Destination Services. I have NOT received a refund. I ended up paying TWICE - first time the initial B 1,015 through Tripadvisor and second time B 800 baht to the same company Destination Services that didn't do the pick up from the airport. My advice - do NOT schedule an airport pick up. There are taxis, Grab, Uber, different transfer companies that you can use when you arrive at the airport.
