      Bangkok highlight attractions!
Bangkok is a must-see city if you visit Thailand. So many attractions! The Grand Palace: its compound includes the renowned Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Then on to Wat Pho, a giant house of the Reclining Buddha. Visit Chinatown, the busiest area in Bangkok, Wat Traimit, known as the Golden Buddha. Finally, walk through the flower market, Pak Klong Talat. The wonderful attractions in Thailand are sure to leave indelible memories to cherish forever. Enjoy!

      Great views!
A great way to see many of the viewpoints and part of the old town. Guide gave good info and suggestions. Traffic would have made a taxi visit costly.

      Filled some time
The tour guide and driver were good as was the mini bus. Good aircon and bottled water. Our time in Patong was beach time at the end of a tour through Singapore and Thailand so we weren’t planning many day trips. We just did this one as a filler and it was ok to see Phuket old town briefly. Due to a landslide the Big Buddha wasn’t available but we did see him in the distance on several occasions. I wouldn’t describe this as a must do tour.

Nice tour but too many participants
Good tour but having to wait for others to join was long and tedious. Got to see all on the itinerary except the Big Buddha, which was closed due to a recent landslide. Marwin, our guide, made this clear at the very start

Avarage tour, worked as promised, but not outstanding.
Tour was quite standard, everything worked ok. The guide was good with her local attraction knowledge and English skills. The driver didn't speak a word of English. Admission fees don't exist in any places (promoted as paid) and the extra fee 20 bht is not covered in case you want to go up to view point af grandfather / grandmother rocks. It's not about the money, but principle. You will see all attractions as promised and AC equipped van was ok as well.

      Experience in Bangkok
Great tour during my stay in Bangkok. I have never met a more informative person than my tour guide, she knew all the history and was able to answer all my question. I did the private tour of all the temples, including the Grand Palace + Canal Tour.

      Too much driving
This is not the guys (Mark and DD) fault, but you do spend a lot of time driving through the island in incredibly busy traffic. The result being that you don’t get enough time at some of the stops. I would have liked more time at the temples and the Old Town. Mark, our tour guide, is a great guy, so happy and enthusiastic and, of course, knowledgeable. You don’t get to see the big Buddha (as advertised) as it is currently closed due to a landslide. I am here end of November 2024 and our guide reckons another couple of months before it opens again.

This tour is slightly more expensive than others. I enjoyed the one on one exclusivity of the tour though and enjoyed seeing the sights and sounds from tuk tuk. Tuk tuks are very fast and will eep you on your toes at every turn (seatbelts not included) lol

If your time in Bangkok is limited I highly recommend this tour. The temples are spectacular under lights, great for photos without the crowds. You'll experience various modes of transport including a ferry ride along the Chao Phraya River.
The guide was very keen to ensure we had a great time, and we saw more than we expected.
Warning, like anywhere in Bangkok, be careful of the street food on offer if your stomach isn't used to it!

Our trip was awesome! Very informative and great tour guide. Tan was excellent and we felt safe knowing she knew her way around Bangkok and spoke excellent English. Great trip to see the temples, some riverfront properties, and some good eats in China Town. Definitely would recommend this tour and Tan!

The tour was "quite good" so I'd have given it 3.5 starts if I could.

Unfortunately, our whole experience with this company had already been tainted by poor communication. we only had 24 hours in Bangkok so it was crucial that we got everything sorted out and saw as much as possible in that time.

I tried to have a chat with the travel company using the Whatsapp number provided but did hear anything for 24 hours.

I decided to take a chance and booked online anyway early the day before we landed, by following the website from Trip Advisor, to Sight Seeing Bangkok which then led us to Sun Leisure World. (this site hopping in itself was a bit worrying)

Here the tour page specifically states Hotel Pickup Offered which suited our needs perfectly. I added our hotel details and then dropped the company a Whatsapp, an email AND a Facebook message all asking them to confirm that the hotel pickup was arranged and what the logistics were.

I heard nothing for 24 hours but eventually got a message on the day that we flew into Bangkok to state that the meeting point was at a station and that no hotel pickup was included in the nighttime tuk tuk tour. I sent the screen shot of the website where this was advertised, but they just sent me one of the itinerary back showing conflicting information. No apology or explanation of why the website was misleading.

So... having just landed we managed to navigate our way 45 mins across the city to find the meeting point, which is where we met our guide, Up.

She took us on a good, well paced tour of some of the highlights of the city, which were great at night. I particularly liked the way that she showed us the Flower Market and China Town, giving us samples and setting us a little test with some flowers. Really nice touch.

Would I recommend the tour, probably but don't be fooled by the dodgy website.

Under the Night Lights did not work starting at 5:30. It was still daylight. We were looking forward to seeing Wat Arun lit in the night. It was our first stop, closed and the sun starting to set but this just made for low light pictures at best. The guide, Kim, was very talkative but we could hardly understand a word he said as he went over the history of kings. He nearly forgot to get us off the boat at the first stop so we had to rush through the crowded boat. He walked too fast through crowds for us to keep up. We went to the flower market which was delightful. He offered to buy us a little sweet ball of something and then a banana. Again, we couldn’t understand him. We stood across the street from the Grand Palace but there wasn’t much we could see except roofs above the wall. The tuk tuk was different than the ones we used in Vietnam and Cambodia the previous two weeks. These were high to get up on for two 70 yr olds. My 6 foot husband had to stoop under the roof as we rode and didn’t have enough foot room. Our guide was about the same size so it was extremely crowded on the tuk tuk. Kim took us to a little family restaurant (seats 8) open to the street but not street food per se. The Grandmother cooked a small noodle meal for us. We finished eating at 7:30 and Kim said because it was dark he didn’t think it was safe to go to Chinatown. We didn’t know why but we had such a difficult time understanding him we agreed, after 2 hrs of the 4 hr tour, that we would go back to our hotel. Kim rode the tuk tuk with us back to the Shangri-La Hotel because he said he lives across the street. It took a half hour in heavy traffic to return. It was a waste of money and time.

We had an amazing tour experience with Anne and her tour company. She is very knowledgable and intelligent. Anne really added life in our tour and made us feel comfortable in Bangkok. We were traveling for the first time and had no idea where to start. But our tour guide came up with a wide variety of packages and plans suitable for our needs and budget. Our tour guide gave us a brief background on the history of the land of smiles. Thereafter, she showered us with information and details concerning The Grand Palace, Wat Pho [The Temple of the Reclining Buddha], Wat Arun, local markets and floating markets too. Tuk-Tuk ride, food tour, and view in the evening are amazing things to do. We had it all. Our tour guide also provided lots of information about Pattaya, logistics, and accommodation. Above all Anne speaks fluent English and she made us feel at home. Overall our trip was mind-boggling. Thank you, Anne and her team. Will surely visit soon.

    Regards

    Sagar, India.

We did this in January and Anne was great. This was our first trip to Bangkok and we wanted a night tour that took us around to look at main sights. Anne was knowledgable, friendly, professional and very flexible. She speaks clear English and was easy to contact. We contacted her via Watsapp. We had dietary requirements and did not want to do the eating component of the tour so instead Anne took us to another sight (we went to the flower market). Chinatown surprisingly was our favourite. We went to the grounds of the Wat Arun, Wat Pho and drove past the Grand Palace. They are definitely worth visiting at night and have a magical feel. We really enjoyed our experience and Anne was a great tour operator.

We have visited the Grand Palace, Wat Arun and Wat Pho during daytime. Fantastic places to see, but very crowded. When we did the tuk-tuk tour Bangkok by Night we passed and visited these places as well, but they were so different at night. Almost no other people and all the temples were so beautifully lit up. Such a difference with daytime, and very magical at night. Our guide was fun, enthusiastic and gave us a lot of information about the temples and Thai culture. Furthermore, we visited Chinatown where we enjoyed a delicious Thai streetfood meal and Thai dessert. It really was an amazing and unforgettable evening.
