First time visiting Thailand ? We provide you with an incredible must-see tour of the highlights and the iconic sites of Bangkok. We take you to the heart of Bangkok to visit the Grand Palace and Royal Emerald Buddha Temple. Walk to Wat Pho which houses the beautiful Relining Buddha. In the heat of the middle of the day, we take you to have lunch or cold drink (not included) nearby. After that, we take a short walk to a small shuttle boat pier which takes you to other side of Chao Phraya River. Visit Temple of dawn, known as such because the first light of the morning reflects off the surface of the temple with pearly iridescence. It is unique not only because of its riverside location, but also because the design is very different to the other temples. After that get a taste of traditional canal side life by exploring the Venice of the East. We go on wonderful waterway journey on a Long-Tail Boat to see native life along the unique canals with lots of old and new Thai houses.

- A strict dress code applies at Grand Palace. Man must wear long pants and shirts with sleeves (no tank tops). Woman must be similar modestly dressed (no see-through , no tight or torn pants , no miniskirt). You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
- Other temples or place of worship, you are required for dress code too : no shorts or sleeveless tops allowed, knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- For children under 4 year-old will be free of charge , and 4 year-old will be charge as adult pricing

With a great local guide we learned so much, which made the experience in the ruins of Ayuthaya even more exclusive. When visiting Bangkok, a trip to Ayuthaya is a must. The trip back via the ship was a great experience although we were in the beinning a little bit scared of the size of the boat and the large number of passengers. But there were so many possibilities to enjoy the trip after a good lunch.Written 7 January 2025

Getting picked up and dropped off at your hotel was the best. When you're done with this tour, you're tired an figuring out how to get home can't be fun. Our guide, First, was amazing. He was so knowledgable of the sights we saw and made each sight so interesting. One of the best things he did was left us alone after giving some background. It was nice to wander where we wanted and at our own pace without a guide saying move along like the bigger tours. The cruise ship ride back was very relaxing and the chef who prepared the buffet was very talented and made fantastic dishes with many being out of the ordinary. I liked it because I could try somethings I'd never had before. Have you ever had a banana flower? I can say I have. I'll always look for these private tours, knowing how wonderful they can be.Written 7 March 2024

- ssaari3860 contributionsGreat Tour with a Great Guide...We had a great tour the first day in Bangkok, with the best tour guide in Bangkok - Vuttikone Ruabruam (aka First). I was with my parents, one of whom can only walk limited distances and First was kind, patient and flexible with locations that may be a little taxing for walking and climbing. His driver was also amazing...always right there when we came out of the location, they provided cold water, etc. All the locations were great and First knew tons of information about all of them because he's such an experienced guide. Next time I would just hire First and have him take us on all the tours...because no one really compared after that. Anyway, I recommend the tour and if you can, request First as your guide.Written 6 June 2019

No rushing at all! My parents and I were happy with this outing for the day. We were picked up at the hotel and the guide explained what the tour will entail. We were concerned about the timing of the return because we had to catch an evening flight out of Bangkok. The guide immediately changed the return route where the van would take us directly to the airport instead of taking us back to the hotel - which alleviated our concerns about the notorious Bangkok traffic. The mini van ride in both directions was smooth, and so was the cruise. We visited the Summer Palace, the ancient temples of Ayutthaya and the Chao Sam Phraya Museum, each one a highlight in its own right. The guide, an Ayutthaya native, gave us not only the historic background but also sprinkled the explanations with his personal experiences and commentary which made the visit so much more relatable for all of us. She was very friendly, very informative and took us to a selection of different eating places to eat typical food of the city. Some inside, some outside but all tasty and different in their own way. - trishnroy0 contributionsExcellent Guide sevices in BangkokWe were in Bangkok in mid January for two days and we had the service of First from Guide Bangkok for two days as he showed us around the City. He was excellent, knowledgeable, spoke great English and had a good sense of humour. We were a mixed party of 11 with an age range from 12 to late 70's. First paced the tour to take this into account and he was attentive to mobility issues of some of our party. He instantly made the group feel at ease and was great to be around. First was always on hand if we had any questions (even annoying ones!) and was really inspiring! What was great was that not everyone wanted to do each activity, so First ensured that everyone was doing an activity that they wanted to do, and were looked after. He was knowledgeable,friendly, funny and extreme helpful as well as genuine.He showed us all the highlights that the country has to offer from top of the country to the bottom on ko tao and the best trip by far is the khoa sok national park.The best thing about first is he looks to live life to the full and is always ready to have a good time , which makes the trip so much better.The traveling from place to place was easy and well organised and never got boring with the great company.I would suggest to any one coming to Thailand to go with first, you will not have one bad word to say about him :).Written 21 June 2017
