Very friendly and helpfull staff. They made the tour a pleasure! The location were also all solid. I particularly enjoyed my visit to the temple.

Nice staff, poor system,difficult to amend time ( wanted to book 1 hour earlier, but so difficult) and difficult to find the place where to meet up as no sign for reservation taxi and name of the company. especially there are more than 10 companies located in one place with no signs. You had to ask various peple where is your taxi driver. Provide a phone to call, but no answer(that's worse. Why provided the contact number but staff did not answer the phone. Poor service. Seems like they aer not allowed to talk to customers. I asked them to amend time for me, they will charge me 300 Baht.(£8) for admin, which takes a few minutes. Poor total service delivery. Don't book them, just go to the limusine desk to your hotel and book taxi from hotel to the airport. I wasted my moey after all. I paid Booking.com, but had to pay another taxi to pick me up from hotel to airport. This way is a stress free way to book a taxi. This taxi company doesn't think of total service delivery and not total customers focus.

We had a river view suite on the top floor - one of the best we have ever stayed. Amazing views of the river. Great roof bar and restaurant.

This is a great experience if you are looking to see some of the main sights of Phuket (2 viewpoints, the biggest temple, the old town) without much hassle and professional guidance.

Outstanding experience! There is no way you could navigate these places all in one day on your own and be able to see and understand everything! It was awesome having our own guide to explain everything to us as well. The canal cruise was another experience too that I’m glad we didn’t miss! Wear easy shoes to get on and off as you will be taking them off a lot!

Your Guide from TUI was garbage. She had more time for the driver than anything else. wast of money Feel TUI should do better

Guys, u just landed, and all tired and hot, wife is hangry and kids complaining, why take ANY chances wading thru the arrival level chaos of hailing transport on ur own? Kick off ur thailand trip right and book this secure, private transport service. Its super easy on the day of. At the arrival terminal, after u exit the “nothing to declare” gate head toward the pickup gate # (we know it as door # back in the states) as directed by the service operator email. Look for ur name and confirm on a 11x14 paper sign posted, point to it, and an agent make u hold the paper and take a pic of u w it, and directs u to ur car and driver shortly. In a swift and seamless fashion u and ur party, w all ur luggs, are on ur way to ur hotel. Its our first time to bangkok and our flight was late 1 hour from the original booking. Not a word was mentioned about this, we were still taken care of. I will use this service again!!

Amazing day. Only issue is that you DO NOT canoe in the Khao Sok lake (as pictured in the page) but a local town (somewhat dirty shallow river). Driver - phenomenal, 3-4hrs either way due to traffic. Tour guide - lovely and fun. Waterfall - great, can swim. Canoeing - massive let down. From the images we thought we’d go into the big lake in the national park. You don’t. Rather a dirty shallow lake around the local town. On our day an excavator was digging up the river… Jungle trek - this was good. Very enjoyable. A nice 6km walk. Very easy. Lots of animals.

Some stunning views but would have thought we should ave been given a tour of Phuket Old Town- not sure Id do it again. Friendly guide who struggled to get her story across in English. Part of the trip was cancelled due to a mud slide

Not bad. We got to see most of Phuket by driving around but the stops for sight seing..nothing too exciting. I enjoyed the shopping center in old town. Our guide did her best to ensure we get the best of every stops. The one thing I liked best was the temple with pagoda..

Booked this tour as this is our first time to Chiang Mai. Can’t remember the young ladies name but she was very informative and knowledgeable. Went to 3 temples, one of which was at the highest point of Chiang Mai overlooking the city. Would totally recommend. Well worth the time and money.

Hopefully others get a better experience than we did. The tour guide and helper were ok, but the hiccup over start time was a bummer. We had booked the tour for 10am. Their email the previous night said 8:30am. They reiterated twice that it was 8:30am and not 10am (yet the website still showed 10am). When we got to the start point on time, we were told that it would be 10am! Then at 9:30am they told us to take a ferry to another location! We protested as we had no idea what to do and a helper was sent to take us. Anyways, we saw three locations and finished the tour. All in all this tour is extremely expensive for what it covers and the service it provides. Hopefully, this miscommunication was a one time thing and not typical. Hope they will fix their website soon.
