- Trail669158785990 contributionsMUST TRY!DONT MISS THIS TOUR! It was awesome for all of the parts of this tour. The guide (I asked her name, but I couldn’t remember because it’s so thai-name, sorry for her…) has been keeping comfy distance with fully guidance of the history of temples and some personal time for only ourselves. The driver was super kind as well. Also ayutthaya was pretty impressive place with sense of war which was painful but important.Written 9 September 2024
- ashleylH7482JP0 contributionsCultural performance appreciation ❤️I loved the experience! I did lanna style and really loved being up close to the stage. Dancer and musicians did amazing. Live Music during dinner and then the show after. I will say I can’t eat a lot in one sitting so the amount of food they gave me was too much but there’s definitely nothing wrong with having to much food. I felt bad because i felt like i didn’t even eat anything when they took it away. They are really good a refilling your food, especially if you liked something more than the others. There was a family of 5 near me and they got two tables and people refilled there table when they wanted it. They were quick on service. They did have cocktails for anyone non-alcoholic. I used to be a cultural reformer myself so i really appreciated the performance at another level. I recommend it, it was a fun dinner and show thing to do. Even as a solo diner it was a fun and exciting for me and i got to go up and dance with them at the end. Please check it out if you are looking for culture dance experience.Written 8 September 2024

- 587ashimak0 contributionsExcellent tripThank you Khun Rach for an amazing tour. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of POW and helpful. Great photographer as well. He made sure we were safe and answered any questions. Also, kind person as you could walking around he was talking to all the locals. The buffet was delicious with a great view of the River Kawai and the train journey was fun watching the countryside.Written 31 August 2024

- BevSierpina0 contributionsThought provoking day tripThis trip was great in that it covered much and was very informative. The visit to the cemetery was very moving as well as walking across the bridge. We took the boat ride up the river to the bridge because others in the party did and we would have had to wait. As it turned out we enjoyed seeing the bridge and railway from the river and got some excellent photos there. Lunch was good and we liked Oom's video clips which gave us an overview of that period in history prior to our arrival. My one complaint was that I would have preferred to walk through the small Jeath museum on my own to read captions and reflect on illustrations without the tour guide telling us what HE thought was important. It was a little hurried overall because of having to stay on schedule to get on the once daily train. Perhaps the cemetery or museum could have been at the end of the day. (We certainly did not need TWO chances to visit souvenir shops)Written 24 August 2024
- 399deannah0 contributionsPattaya landmark tourThe driver picked us up late and we arrived 2 hours later at another hotel until another person and the tour guide picked us up. We went to all listed sites but the tour guide disappeared for the majority of the tour and told us to go explore and to come back to the car when done. We wanted to learn about each site but it didn’t happen. It was fun especially the floating market!Written 14 August 2024
- 399deannah0 contributionsOld Bangkok Instagram tourWas friendly and nice. Initially had 7-8 areas to visit and she was ready to take us back to the hotel after 2. She wasn’t very knowledgeable about any of the sites and took half the tour time at the temples to pray since we were there. After speaking with her she took us to the other areas after showing her what we booked. We were going to tip her and she asked for 1,000 Thai baht which was what someone makes in Thailand a month. We gave her what we thought was reasonable which was 700 Thai baht as tip. The tour was nice but won’t book with her again.Written 13 August 2024
- R3602NGkennethl0 contributionsAwful experience! The check in was absolutely amazing Gail, went out of her way to assist in getting my husband and I, as well as our sweet dog Hope into the room quickly, as it had been a lengthy travel for us knowing realizing that we were there for Medical reasons through multiple phone calls. The following morning we left early to go to the medical appointment and locked everything up, however we were not informed that the sliding glass door was broken, nor were we informed that there would be a $30.00 fee per night for our service dog. When we arrived home we contacted the office manager, which was extremely rude, and stated it was in there policy to charge for a dog, letting her know it was a service animal, as well as informing her that the back ground level sliding glass door lock was broken, she said I know that’s why we have a bar is for you to put it behind the door! As a Property Manager, if something as important as a door lock is broken for the security of the Tenants, you would know that a responsible manager would have it replaced! After multiple conversations, that were not pleasant, we finally agreed to disagree! The smell of mold was strong in the unit, but other than that it was clean. We would not recommend this place, as long as this in responsible management is over seeing this great property. Her negligence put us, our personal property, and our precious Hope at risk, so for all of the above I would never consider staying there again! Kenn& PatriciaWritten 2 August 2024
- S4573HRsilviaa0 contributionsBad experienceThe schedule of the trip was not respected. We saw 3 temples in a rush and the only answer to our questions on why we were not seeing what it was I the schedule was: if you have complaints you have to address them to the Company. We got to the boat and we had to wait for a group despite the fact that we had no time to visit the temples. It was a failure. A long way for almost nothing. The guide was nice but it was apparently the first time working for this Company and quite lost. Take another tour!Written 28 July 2024
- PhilC4900 contributionsNot Impressed and Will Not Return to the Utica LocationPoor service, poor attitude of the manager and crummy food. Greeted promptly, but had to request someone to contact our waitress to wait on our table after a 9 minute wait. No water, no initial service of any kind. Ordered the Thursday Special of Sirloin and Shrimp Scampi. Steak was very tough and shrimp were small and tasteless. My wife's asparagus were stringy and sent back for a sweet potato. After mentioning to the manager the sirloin was tough, her suggestion was to order the filet next time. Not cool! Will not return.Written 25 July 2024
- F394HHdavidk0 contributionsA tour with a reasonable price. The duration of the excursion was most of the day, not half-day as expected. That said, the excursion was well worth the price. We saw the Big Budda, the Budda on the rock, the Floating Market, and the Sanctuary of Truth. The pace was excellent. Our guide explained everything to the group. Our driver was also excellent. We had sufficient time to take many photos.Written 23 July 2024
