A good insight into Thai food and Thai culture. Easy to understand instructions and explanations of a perfect depth. The instructor was energetic and knowledgeable.

This was a fabulous cookery course! Probably the best we have ever done! Song is brilliant and great fun. We did the morning one as we wanted to include the market which was fantastic being shown around all the food stalls picking up fresh ingredients before going back to the school to cook. Really well organized with all the ingredients laid out ready for you to cook. We cooked 3 dishes and got to eat them as we went along. All really really tasty and fun along the way! 2 tips…. 1. Leave plenty of time to get there as traffic is hectic and a few people were late or didn’t turn up. 2. Don’t eat too much breakfast!! 4 courses by 12:00!! For me a must do in Bangkok!

We’ve had a lovely time at the morning class. Visiting the market we gained knowledge just as we did throughout the class, getting to know the veggies & spices whilst cooking 4 dishes from scratch. It was entertaining and our meals were delicious. We ended up with a full belly, a fun experience, the recipes and a good mood. Thanks to the chef and the staff that cleaned up our mess while we ate our dishes so we could go on cooking right away.

We did the morning thai cooking class with market tour. We made tom yum soup, pad thai, red curry and mango sticky rice. Everything about the experience was amazing!!! I have done many cooking classes in various countries and this was the best I have done! Thank you Cho for an authentic and engaging experience!

This is as such a fun experience! I had researched different classes and schools but chose this one because of the reviews here and on Google Maps as well as the fact that it was a manageable walking distance from our hotel. We arrived early and were split into a group of about 8 total students. We started with the market tour which was fun but a little awkward with 8 strangers all trying to stay close and hear everything the instructor says while so much hustle and bustle is going on in the background. However, it was worth it to feel like a local and know what to buy for the morning of cooking! There were 3 courses we actually made with the teacher and the mango sticky rice was kind of worked on throughout with slightly hands on contribution BUT the good news is that we got to take home a cookbook with the recipes from the day as well as some keepsake chopsticks. The food was seriously delicious- being from the US, maybe it was just a special experience that made the food taste better, but I believe it was also because everything was fresh, ingredients were minimal and there were no extra additives or preservatives. We had a good time meeting fellow classmates from all over the world, and the class was worth every penny!!

Took on the class during my trip to Bangkok cause of my love for Thai Cuisine and there was no regrets. The recipes were easy to follow and we got to eat our own end products after they were done one at at time.KUDOS to the instructor; she spoke clear english, brought humor and would suggest alternative ingredients for us to use in place of thai ones that we can find back home in our local grocers. Very knowledgeable

We had the best time, creating some gorgeous Thai dishes whilst having such a laugh. We learnt a lot about Thai ingredients and techniques. Would highly recommend!

Amazing authentic Thai cooking experience. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with big smiles and a warm welcome. Sch (our cooking instructor) had was enthusiastic, encouraging and absolutely made the experience. She was so helpful, funny and taught us lots about the ingredients, ways to cook and the dishes. I did this solo and met lots of people. I would highly recommend this experience!!!

Amazing! Miss Song was such fun and made the whole experience wonderful. She took us shopping to the market and explained about the food and their origin. Such a lovely morning.

I had an amazing time at Tingly Cooking School! First, I want to mention how accommodating the staff were. We arrived 15 minutes late due to traffic, but they were understanding and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The class itself was incredibly fun and informative. The instructor did an excellent job teaching us how to prepare simple, yet delicious, Thai dishes. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I left feeling confident that I could recreate these recipes at home. Overall, I highly recommend this cooking school to anyone looking to learn more about Thai cuisine in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. Just remember to give yourself a little extra time to get there — traffic can be unpredictable!
