Kimi was our tour guide and she was fantastic. We visited areas of Bangkok you just wouldn’t usually do yourself and we were well informed. A really great way to settle into Bangkok and help navigate yourself around.

Our family had a pleasant trip with excellent service from Wetourthailand company in Bangkok and Chiangmai last February. The communication of Sale team is a plus. All arrangement was done quick and professionally. Our driver in Bangkok, Mr. Pae, is really kind. Definately a good choice of your family trip in Thailand.

Pi Irene has been consistantly informing us about chiang mai situation and also trying to accommadate our request. Despite many hiccups such as make up artiste refuse to work with us and also temple not enough monks. All went well on the actual day. The team arrived much earlier to be on standby and they were always there readily to assist us during photoshooting especially Pi Irene. We LOVE to travel with We Tour Thailand. Every time I come to Thailand, taking my colleagues, students or family members, I use them! Irene and We Tour Thailand team have always been wonderful to deal with. They arrange transportation, hotels, tours and meals. The guides are always on time and knowledgeable. This time 20 of us (university lecturers) went to Kanchanaburi and Hua Hin. It was a great trip. The bus was excellent (very clean bus the comes with karaoke and massage on every seat). We enlisted Irene to help plan a 12 day holiday including visits to Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Krabi. I booked my own lodging but Irene arranged all airport transfers and day trips. Great service from every email sent to Amy, up till the communication with Irene. It was easy to make payment and confirmation as they allow deposit and the balance can be paid upon meet up. Mr. Methee, our Driver was one of the best part of our memory in Thailand. Smooth drive in city or countryside and we can sleep soundly during the long journey, he is always attentive to our needs without us requesting - we thought we wanted some fast food meal but he insisted us trying Thai food and that is no regret at all! Although Mr. Methee does not speak much English and I don't speak much Thai, that is not a problem since we can always use online translation. The van is always in good condition and clean, also cooling during the sunny time. Overall, my friends and I are extremely satisfied with the service given by WeTourThailand. We will use your service again when we return to Thailand in the future.

I booked a day tour to Ayutthaya and the Summer Palace during my solo trip to Thailand. First of all, the tour was shorter in time than what the itinerary stated as I reached back my hotel one hour earlier than expected (3pm). I would have preferred to spend that hour on Ayutthaya and enjoy the temples for a little bit longer. Then, the guide just speaked a very basic and difficult to understand English. Sometimes it seemed he was speaking in Thai. What is more, he did not explain anything about the places we visited. He just showed us the entry to every temple and pay the tickets for us. Finally, we had lunch in the cheapest buffet restaurant they found in a hotel of the Ayutthaya suburbs. Next time I will invest more money to get a better guide and tour manager.

We want to recommend this company 100%. The communication via emails and WhatsApp was very good while we were in our country. They planned everything as we wanted. They always give very simple and clear information. At first we had private tour in Bangkok (temples, flower market, boat trip and etc.). Also, they planned our fantastic wedding day (morning ceremony in the gorgeous temple and excellent dinner in the big boat). The ceremony went without any complaints. The photographer took a lot beautiful photos. And, of course, our very big, enormous thank you - is dedicated to our guide/friend/mother Vanna! She is very great! Just want to write a quick bravo for this tour. Living here for more than 15 years and used to bring some friends and family around when they come for a visit. This time everything was perfect. All you need to see with a fantastic organization with no wait times but also not a race as our guide, Ten, took her time and adapt the tour speed on our rhythm, making breaks when we want to. Ten is patient, speaks English perfectly, explains all you need to know and is funny. So, thumbs up and thanks again.

We were met at our hotel by our guide for the day Vanaa who took us under her wing for the day. What followed was a trip to a number of temples, a Christian church and through a number of narrow streets through areas that weren’t crowded by tourists, but we got to meet lots of ‘locals’. It was a fascinating insight into the typical life of the local people with no pretension or people trying to force us to buy this or that. During this tour we travelled by taxi, Tuk Tuk, river ferry and BTS. We also enjoyed a delicious meal in a café at a local market. Vanaa’s knowledge of the culture was excellent. Her ability to communicate her message in a very understandable way made this tour special. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it for those looking for something a little different.

Awfull experience ! First, the guide couldn't speak english, he was speaking words only and was unable to do a sentence. Not giving any informations about what we were seeing. Not a word on what was going on, what would happen next. Secondly, the guide made me feel like an ATM ! All he wanted was for us to pay for extra activities, insisting. Thirdly, he drove us to a terrible place with wild animals pushing to buy extra activities again. The animals were obviously badly treated. An elephant was attached with no possibility to move, there was a poor tiger looking so depressed and I assume drugged cause it was not moving around the little cage... Had to wait with nothing to do for more than an hour at this place, had to make it clear to the guide that I wanted to go back to Bangkok cause after that he wanted to make us go to a crocodile show... Run away from we tour thailand !

We came across WTT after an Internet search as we were planning our first-ever trip to Thailand. WTT proposed an itinerary for a made-to-measure trip over 10 days, visiting the northern and central areas, and focusing on our interests. The services provided were comprehensive, including licensed Guiding throughout, driver and transport, hotel selection and reservations in the various places we stayed, some meals and entry charges to the various sites we visited. We can report that WTT services were excellent in all respects, from the attentive communications during the planning phase, the ability to respond to our queries and concerns, to the on-ground delivery. Our guide, Vanna, was simply superb. Her knowledge about the sights we visited was comprehensive, and she was a very good and entertaining companion throughout our travels, taking constant care to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. She generously provided occasional treats of street food for us to taste and enjoy, and related to us as her friends and not just her clients. It is fair to say that she added great value to our overall enjoyment during our trip. The cars and drivers provided were excellent - comfortable, spacious vans that were air conditioned and provided with cold water and cooling towels. The timing was impeccable - no delays in pick-ups or other complications. The hotels selected were 5 star, as we had requested, and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. Finally, we will be returning to Thailand at some point in future to extend our experience of this delightful country, and we shall certainly return to WTT, and hopefully Vanna, for our local support.

Me and my friend are very pleased with the tour. It costed 900 baht per person it totally worth it. The service was great, totally recommend it.

We ended up booking 3 tours with we tour Thailand. We did a private tour around Bangkok. All the major sites in one day with a private cab driver and a tour guide. The whole day was fab we was really looked after and learnt so much about this great city. We also did hong islands and may bay/ phi phi tour. Both where fab. Small groups of around 18 guests. Lunch, boat, FAB snorkeling. Kate who was my contact was there every step of the way on email/wassap. Shes great and come back to you instantly. Would highly recommend. Andy and tor 😀
