On time, efficient, clean and spacious van. Cold drinking water. No complaints- need to fill this up to 100 chars which is a bit much for an airport transfer

So glad we decided to schedule ahead for transfer. Had great communication and details for our arrival. Driver met us and promptly drove us to our hotel. The vehicles are impeccably clean and newer. Driver was friendly and helpful as well.

We specifically ordered an English speaking driver and he spoke no English. Drive was good, but feel we were getting less as he never spoke to us except pointing as screen

If you EVER go to Bangkok - I strongly suggest using the Transfer Service "BLUE JADE". The Communication (email) prior to the trip was excellent - very clear on were to be and meet on arrival at BKK International airport. Our driver - Angkhana was outstanding!! She is a true asset to Blue Jade. We were so impressed we are booking them again for our return trip to BKK International Airport.

We had to make a last minute change of plans and could no longer pick up friends at the airport, so we contracted Blue Jade the night before the flight. They accepted that night and picked up our friends the following morning. The Blue Jade representative we spoke with was professional and answered all of our questions. Our friends said the car was very roomy and comfortable. We are very grateful for the service they provided!

We used this airport transfer from Bangkok Airport to our hotel. I was a little unsure about booking through tripadvisor, however it proved to be a great choice. I booked the night before taking our flight, so I was a little worried that it would not be confirmed before our flight left. After the booking I contacted Blue Jade directly and they responded promptly advising that they were in the process of sourcing a driver. I received confirmation a few hours later. We were met at the airport at the named location and the transfer from the airport to the hotel was comfortable and stress free. Great driver who was friendly. It was really helpful as we had a lot of luggage and children with us. Would highly recommend.

While the driver was very nice and the ride itself was very good. The wait once you connect with your driver is quite long as they park pretty far away and then have to run back to their car and come back and pick you up. It doesn’t seem very efficient. Perhaps have one person meet you and radio the person to come with the car.
