Follow your guide through the wilderness on a challenging hike with plenty of good views, then head to the Phuket Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, Phuket's largest Buddhist temple. What to Expect
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: CC's Eco Tours, Karon, Phuket

Start point is at CC's Hideaway Hotel. Tuesday's Program, you will meet your guide at 10:00 am, CC’s Hideaway.
Friday's Program, you will meet your guide at 9:00 am, CC’s Hideaway. Before starting your program, you sign the liability waiver, receive program instructions, get raincoats (if needed) and bottled water.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Big Buddha Phuket, Chalong, Phuket Town, Phuket

• Then you head to the jungle to begin your 50 minute hike or 95 minute trek.
• Explore the jungle on a 1.2 m (2 km) hike or 2.5 m (4 km) trek
• Learn about the diverse plants, trees and wildlife that make their home in this habitat.
• Catch a glimpse of the monkeys hanging from the trees and other jungle animals.
When you reach the top of the hill you will then
• Stop for a short break at the observation point where you will have an amazing view of Karon beach
• Enjoy fresh coconut water and Thai seasonal fruits
Head to the Big Buddha
• You will arrive at the Big Buddha Statue where our tour guide will give you a private tour
• Receive blessings from the monks (an optional activity, donations welcomed)

Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), Chalong, Phuket Town, Phuket

Wat Chalong
• Take the shuttle bus to Wat Chalong, the largest Buddhist temple in Phuket.
• Learn about the history of Buddhism and Phuket.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: WeCafe Choafa

Tuesday's Program visits an organic farm and sees first-hand the organic farming techniques used. Have a delicious lunch featuring many of the organic greens grown on the farm

Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: CC's Eco Tours, Karon, Phuket

End point. Friday's Program return to CC's Hideaway to enjoy a delicious lunch of CC's healthy menu items

The trek was tough but rewarding, the guide (Ice) was knowledgeable and great fun, the views and sights were spectacular and the food was delicious! Thank you for an amazing day out.

Amazing half a day Trek.... ICE was a great guide and just awesome.... Learned a little about thai traditions, enjoyed the fresh fruits, trek and lunch.

All good, hike through jungle, some bits quite steep. Knowledgeable guide with very good English. Learned a little Thai and also tropical fruits I had never see or tried before.

This was a beautiful walk up the hill with ICE and several random dogs who joined us along the way. If you get a chance to get away from the busy city, this is the activity for you.

At the entrance to the temple there are local people that will give you appropriate clothing to wear in the temple. If you have your shoulders covered then you won't need to use their clothing.
