        Great all day tour.
Amazing, Amazing tour. Videos and pictures will justify the grander and beauty of the Phi-Phi islands. We had group of 8 with 2 small children. From the time our private transfer showed up everything was great. Toast and treats waiting for everyone before we got on our boat. Great lunch with cold water and juice and soda all day and more snacks and treats when we returned. Guides Were Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Not close to the best snorkeling we have been on but the islands and hidden lagoons will feel like your in a movie. This was one of thr best all day tours we have ever done. GREAT

Adam - Ottawa, Canada Review of Similan Islands
Beautiful views/scenery, the transportation ride was a bit long despite having the convenience of hotel pickup and drop off which was a great option. Furthermore, we found the hotels should have been in closer proximity to one another so the travel time back home would be slightly less/stuck in traffic. The staff was professional and friendly and the food was overall decent, would recommend, reason for 4 star was due to transportation and the travel time was a bit lengthy. - Adam & Keven (Ottawa, Canada).

A great half day trip !
We opted for the half day jungle tour which consisted of a visit to the Emerald Pool, Blue Pool and Crystal Pool. This was then followed by a stop at the thermal waterfall before being taken back to our hotel. The trip from Krabi, booked through Viator and provided by Oh-Hoo Travel was about an hour from our hotel in the centre of Krabi. Our guide, Fatin, was lovely. She provided so much information and really took care of everyone on the trip. The Emerald Pool, Blue Pool and Crystal Pool are beautiful. We were given about an hour to swim in the Emerald Pool and didn’t feel rushed at all. There is a restaurant and a small array of stalls at this location. A short 10 minute drive from here is the thermal waterfall. This was amazing ! It’s like getting into a bath. The rocks weren’t slippery and there are plenty of natural pools for people to relax in. All ages were able to enjoy this location and nobody wanted to leave !

        Ok but wouldn’t recommend.
Our last day in Thailand due to fly home at 10pm so though we would do the half day trip to pass time and explore. Advert said 4 hours on get your guide so 11.30am pick up would expect to be done by 15:30. We didn’t get back to our hotel until gone after 7pm the 4 hour boat trip turned into nearly 8 hours leaving us nearly missing our flight home. 2 hour travel time to the pier and 2 hours back to the hotel really needs to be advertised as this was not made aware to us at any point. If we were not travelling home it wouldn’t be an issue but it wasn’t run over by an hour or two it was extremely lengthy. Islands themselves were nice, overcrowded compared to some we have gone to around Thailand.

        MUST SEE!
What an incredible experience that is Junkyard Theatre! Our table and everyone else’s were in absolute stitches. So creative and brilliant! The talent of the performers was out of this world. Beautiful singing, hilarious skits and incredible dance moves. The food was a stand out too! Also the bar and wait staff, great! The venue was really quirky! Really cool artwork, gorgeous greenery, lots of vintage stuff The Aussie couple that run the theatre were so beautiful and we loved meeting them! Best experience, one that we will treasure for years to come. Highly recommend, spectacular show!

Well organised trip, had great guide in Boy who took care of all of us throughout the day. Plenty of water and soft drinks offered throughout the trip. Great scenery and beaches. Really enjoyed the snorkeling stop, plenty to see. A long day but a wonderful experience

We had such a good experience with Seastar - so professional and kind
I had an amazing time with Seastar tour from Phuket to Similan Islands. Seastar was very professional and I felt safe, happy and well fed! We were picked up from our hotel, transported to their place and there we were prepared for the trip, having breakfast and getting additional information. After that we drove in the boat to Similan Islands, where we snorkled, swam and enjoyed the islands. They were amazingly beautiful and it was a very special and clear water. I can definitely recommend trips with Seastar, very professional and kind.

        Disorganized and overpriced
We were really excited for the tour, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations in terms of organization and overall experience. First off, the timing was a big issue. The tour was advertised as lasting 4 to 4.5 hours, but in reality, we spent a lot of time waiting. We left our hotel before 7 a.m., but didn’t return until around 3 p.m. This included the transfer to the base, about an hour of waiting for everyone to gather and the jetskis to be prepared, the tour itself, and then the lunch break when we got back. We also had to wait again for the car to take us back. So, the total experience was much longer and filled with unnecessary delays. Now, on the water, the jetskis were fine. They reached speeds of 45-50 km/h and had space for bags. Initially, riding was fun, and we got to stop at the “monkey” island, where we fed some monkeys (they’re pretty used to tourists). But the rest of the islands and stops weren’t as enjoyable. At one island, we had a break, but there were no toilets, and the snacks and drinks weren’t included in price (even water had to be bought). There was really nothing to do on the island except wait. The guides seemed to take this time to smoke, which added to the awkward feeling of doing nothing. At this point, the physical discomfort of the ride started to kick in. The water was choppy and windy, which made the ride less enjoyable, and my muscles started hurting. We made several stops for photos, but after 1-2 stops they started to feel unnecessary. The guides did take great photos, but after a couple of stops, it felt repetitive and we spent a lot of time waiting for the slower riders in the group to join us for photos. When we got to the final island, there was no explanation about what to do or where we were supposed to go. We were led to a restaurant, and after we were served food and drinks, we were told we would leave in 5 minutes. This meant we barely had time to finish our food. Also, the paid toilets were inconvenient (no paper and a rude attendant). To top it all off, I had 500 THB stolen from my jetski. I don’t blame the guides, I suspect it was one of the local boys helping with the jetskis on the island. It’s a good reminder not to leave anything behind. Finally back on the land, the lunch was decent and included in the price (finally!), and we bought a framed photo of us for 200 THB to remember the day. In conclusion, while the tour had some fun moments, the long waiting times and lack of organization really made it less enjoyable. The choppy ride was physically uncomfortable, and the overall value didn’t match the price. If the waiting time was reduced and the guides provided clearer instructions, this could have been a much better experience.

It was a really great tour well planned. Initially I thought its expensive compared to other tours already there in market but after this I actually booked another phi phi island tour with the standard prices (however they did mention premium speed boat). That tour was so bad, didn't get enough time to visit islands, the staff was not polite at all. So Now I think the price is quite justified for this one. The staff was really great, we were with Nina as our tour guide, she was super polite, helped us in all manners.

Also to mention here we were only 1-12 persons in the boat, however compared to other tour we were 30-40 there, I strongly recommend few people on the boat as it really amplifies your experience

2 weeks ago, we took two excursions: the James Bond Island journey and then 2 days later another journey to the Phi Phi Islands. If you only have time for one of the two, I recommend the later. In September it's more rainy, but we were lucky that day that was mostly sunny and therefore for most of the time the water was as beautifully turquoise like you can see on many pictures of the area.

We really enjoyed the journey to the various islands this day included. First, we had the opportunity to explore the beautiful area of Phanak Island by canoe. Afterwards we stopped by at the Hong Island, where we first walked for about 200 meters through a cave (the water was about knee to hip deep) to then arrived at the most stunning location of that day: a truly gorgeous and scenic lagoon that is completely surrounded by steer and towering limestone cliffs.

Next we stopped by at the James Bond island which I always wanted to visit since I saw the movie in my early childhood. Afterwards, lunch was provided at Koh Phani that is also referred to as the Muslim floating village. Up until there, the trip was really enjoyable. However, in the afternoon on the way back, our last stop at Naka Island (there are some activities like Jet Skiing offered there) was not really enjoyable because it was really crowded and the water was dirty and we didn't feel like swimming there.

Compared with our second journey to Phi Phi (for which you can read my other review), we felt it was too crowded on the speed boat we were on and there were not a lot of safety instructions given by the crew on that day. Overall, I still recommend going with this company because of the mostly scenic stops along the way, the good price-offer value that is provided and our guide (unfortunately I can't remember her name) was funny and witty.

We visited from Bangladesh. We had an amazing experience. The staff were very helpful, especially the guide, who was good in English. We could clearly understand him, and he mentioned that he was a Muslim too. This reassured us about the food being halal, which made us feel even more comfortable.

The guide was not only knowledgeable but also friendly enough to help take our photos. Unfortunately, I can’t recall his name. Oh, and the boat was very clean, and they ensured the safety of our belongings—no one touched them.

We were provided with plenty of water, food, and fruits, which were incredibly fresh and chilled. The fruits were particularly refreshing and added to the overall experience.

One unique and amusing part of the trip was the photographer. He was actively taking photos and videos of everyone, almost like a vlogger. Initially, I was curious, but later I learned that the photos and videos were offered to guests for purchase after the trip for 3000 baht. That was quite an interesting bad twist! haha! I wish they have given that for free or cheaper rate. They won't force you to buy it. And even not everyone buy it.

All in all, everything was excellent. I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The tour was ok but definitely not worth the money that we paid.

Firstly, there are two different tour guides on the boat, I believe one is Russian for the Russian speakers and the Russian one was speaking a lot more than the English guide, felt as though we we're missing out on something.

The canoeing is really short and you end up in a traffic jam of canoes trying to squeeze into a cave the entire time, far too many people doing it for it to be enjoyable. Worth noting you do not get to row your own canoe someone comes with you.

The floating village is just for lunch, we couldn’t find anything other than the eating area to do there. Would’ve been nice to have a look around and a bit of a guide into the history of it. You basically eat and then spend 45 minutes waiting for the boat.

The cave walking was quite interesting but very short.

The beach at the end is rubbish, really dirty and just seems like a place to sell you overpriced drinks at a dirty beach.

Please do not buy the shoes they recommend at the beginning you do not need them, just a way to make more money. It’s worth noting that the speed boat is incredibly uncomfortable and packed.

Overall the tour was incredibly overpriced, did not learn or do anything special. Please spend your money on a different tour as this one requires major improvements to justify the massive price tag.

The locations and agenda for this experience were excellent, we saw really incredible and beautiful little islands, we canoed, we hiked into a cave, we took pictures at the James Bond Island, had a delicious lunch at the (formerly floating) village in the bay, and had some free time at a beach with a bar and music, so could relax and soak in the bay and islands’ beauty. There was a good breakfast spread at the marina before we left, and plenty of water/soft drinks on board. The boat was fast as we covered quite a lot of territory in our seven hours together. Our hotel pickup and drop off worked great. However, the tour operator was too casual about safety procedures and communication. There were 42 people on the boat, including young children, it was jammed with the guides and crew (except captain) left standing, and no discussion of location of life vests until we asked. There was never an announcement to everyone about the location of the life vests or what to do in an emergency. I am not sure there was a toilet on the boat, but there were toilets on three of the stops; at the James Bond stop the toilets were rough-people should be told bring their own toilet paper. The boarding and off boarding process at the stops were kind of dangerous, although the crew was ready to help people jump/steady themselves. We were with a Spanish speaking tour group which had its own guide and I understand Spanish, which was good as that guide gave more info than the English-speaking tour operator’s guide.

We booked this trip for us and two kids. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the marina from where the speed boats started. Though six boats started at the same time, the trip was well managed to ensure it was never overcrowded. We had a nice selection of snacks for a mini breakfast. The drinks on the boat was replenished right through the trip and the lunch served was fantastic.

Sufficient time was given in all islands for us to enjoy everything. The guide was interactive and witty!

Overall would highly recommend this trip to anyone considering !!

We booked this tour on our first day in Thailand. The organization seemed a bit chaotic at first, as there were so many visitors setting off on different tours at the same time. However, everything went smoothly. The highlight of the tour for us was the visit to Hong Island. We were kayaked through a beautiful landscape. Staying on an island and visiting a cave was also very worthwhile. James Bond Island was very impressive. Because we were there in the off-season, the normally large number of visitors was limited.
The only thing that disappointed me was the lunch stop on Panyee Island. I had hoped that you could move around more freely there. Instead, after eating, we only had one shop that we could visit.
Overall, though, it was a very worthwhile day trip.

great trip Speedboat spacious for a group of about 15 people. The only thing we didn't do was cave climbing, it's definitely not for the elderly or physically fit. James bond Island very touristic, but it was a problem to take pictures without people. Canoeing is absolutely great if you give them a tip (we gave 100 THB) you get it even with a description of the place and a great show, lunch on Panyee island very good, everyone chooses - padthai, meat, rice, soups, fruits, vegetables, papaya salad. Swimming at the end on a nice beach.

Our 3rd trip that we booked through Trip Advisor. Unbeatable prices. I suspect that this is because there was only one tour guide, but no guidebook to explain history/cultures. Since we don't have much need to listen (prefer to read online ourselves), we are happy to accept the price.

It was absolutely worth booking this trip. 4 stars because it was far too rushed for me. One sightseeing point was cancelled without much explanation - swimming in the lagoon. In retrospect, I'm glad, otherwise it would have been even more rushed.

There were well over 30 people in our group. Pretty cramped the whole time on the speedboat.

The round trip transfer worked wonderfully.

They didn't charge an extra transfer fee after all

Entry to the national park was only 300 baht and not 400 as stated in the product description, to our advantage.

We enjoyed the tour with this company. it was a hot day, but the speed boat did generate some wind, which kept us cool. The buffet was good, and the kayak ride near Hong Island was amazing. Also, we went through the cave and came out to an opening, which was amazing. During high tide, water enters the cave through the opening.
It is worth a visit, and his tour company is cost-effective and starts with a morning buffet at the marina.
