We paid a hefty 32,000 baht for a charter, expecting a better speedboat experience. Unfortunately, the boat we received was a standard speedboat that you could easily find in Rawai Beach for half the price. We were also disappointed with the lack of amenities. The tour only included a buffet lunch with limited options, and no light breakfast or evening snacks were provided. Additionally, when we requested a vegetarian option, it seemed like they had to outsource it and weren't prepared. We recommend booking directly with a boat company instead of going through an agency like this. It's likely you can get a better deal and more personalized service. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the value for money this charter provided.

Amazing way to experience paradise! The boat staff showed their "Thainess" = very friendly , sanook , love and kindness! Free beverages and snacks on the boat severed with love and a smile! Restaurant was very delicious and great service their too!

A great way to see the islands and lots of amazing photo opportunities and fun snorkeling! Lunch was good and I didn’t feel too rushed on the islands

Staff members were great. Trip was special weather and water were lovely and warm the views were spectacular worth every cent.

The driver was on time picking us up and the van was very comfortable. The marina facility itself wasn’t very nice, but it was fine enough. The seating area was decent and there were sandwiches, cereals, coffee, tea, and juices available for clients. I didn’t like that the fee for the national park isn’t included in the trip. The boat was fine and the ride was comfortable. The islands were all beautiful, although I wish we could’ve gone into Maya beach (it’s closed in August). I’ve seen some reviews saying the snorkelling was crowded, but my kids and I actually REALLY REALLY enjoyed it. There were so many types of fish and the area where our boat was anchored had plenty of space for all of our passengers (+50 persons). The staff was also super helpful and friendly with my kids. I was actually able to swim away and snorkel by myself a little thanks to them helping with my younger one. They helped him stay with a floatation device and swam around with him. The lunch buffet was really crowded and the seating was a bit cramped in the restaurant because so many tour groups were there eating together. The food was good though and the view was beautiful. Finally, Bamboo Island was great! It was so picturesque with that clear blue water and white sand. There’s plenty of space to swim, but my kids and I went to swim in the area roped off for tourists so we could snorkel some more. There’s not much to see unless you swim out to the deeper area away from the people, where you can see some schools of different fish. My son and I got lucky and actually saw a juvenile black tip reef shark swimming down below! It was really amazing to see it in its natural surroundings. The staff and crew were wonderful, helpful and always smiling. I do prefer the smaller catamaran boats, but I recommend this trip overall.

Hi, I really wanted to rate this five but I can not.Phi Phi is described as the most beautiful island in Thailand and it is.You are sold the picture of Maya beach where The Beach was filmed with Leaonardi Decaprio…..and how amazing the snorkelling is and Monkey beach.In August Maya Beach is closed to protect it from pollution.They do not tell you this when you book… Secondly….the snorkelling…thirty odd boats in one place 300 meters wide with 300 people in the water….terrible.Also,considering it’s their livelihood….rubbish floating everywhere…they could scoop it up.The centre itself is a mini Bangkok…McDonald….Burger King…etc…..7 eleven…The people are nice until you barter,then very rude which is not like the Thais at all. Unless you are in your late teens early twenties and want get mullered till 2am…avoid this place.It was meant to one of the highlights of our holiday…..but it wasn’t.Take a boat trip from Phuket to the National Maritime park…..half the price and ten times better….or go and have a Big Mac in Phi Phi….up to you.

My husband and I did this trip sporadically, we have three young girls. Ages 1, 2 &3. The tour guides were absolutely amazing and were so protective of our children and so helpful. They helped us with life vests, getting the children on and off the boat safely, and always cared about their well being. They provided fruit and drinks throughout our trip as well. The journey started a bit rough and rocky, but it ended up being quite steady throughout the day. Absolutely lovely. We had an incident on the boat, to where I fell due to the boat being slippery and my daughter being at the edge due to wanting to jump in with her dad but the waves got bad to wear I had to save her before she fell in, the tour guides and the other passengers on board were so supportive and so nice. I recommend this place 10/10! They make our kids feel welcomed here so much! I absolutely love it, I never get this treatment in the U.S. when it comes to our children. Makes my anxiety so much better knowing individuals are here to help and support us on our journey of showing our children the world. We will book again when the weather looks better.

Best experience ever. I went In July 2024 so the water tide was high and the speed boat felt like a never ending roller coaster ride, which was fun and I don't mind at all. Just remember not to eat a heavy breakfast because you might throw up if your stomach can't handle the bumps on the water as it takes 1 hour for our first stop. We didn't get to see the Maya Cay due to high tide but we stopped at 3 other islands. Maybe on my next visit I'll see it.

Overall trip was amazing and very well managed. As per their mentioned itinerary, our tour guide covered every places and kept us engaged all the time. Good value for money.

We decided to book this tour on our last day in Phuket and boy was it worth it! They even served us Indian food for lunch, which was wholesome. Obviously since there’s so much demand, their tours are relatively cheap, but we were still glad to be taken care of for the hole day and see their beautiful nature. They took us to multiple beaches and lagoons, we definitely left Thailand with lifelong memories.

After arriving at the pickup point for our trip to Phi Phi Islands, it was like being flung into an ameature military operation, basically organised chaos, everybody was herdered into teams as though we were about to enter a competition not an enjoyable trip. There was aggressive shouting from staff trying to cajole people into line, the journey on the speedboat wasn’t to bad but not great as there were about 30 people stuffed into it, and you could only see out of the back of the boat, so any photos taken would be of other people sat in a boat with life vests on. The Stop offs in different parts of the island were very brief, so no time to enjoy the scenery the islands were absolutely crammed with tourists, the journey back to Khai Island was a nightmare with speedboat hammering through waves, Khai Island was a bit like being in the standing area of a concert.

Visit of these islands is a full day program from mainland Phuket. You will really enjoy, family with kids, couple, geoup or solo. A lot of water activities are included in the package. You wear any dress comfortable for swimming and a bath towel if you like enjoying water activities. Very economic package including light brekfast good lunch and beverages. Beautiful beaches. You will travel around 3-4 hours in the ocean in an open boat with around 20-25 people group.
