She invited us to have coffee and explain the best options to go on a cruise to Ha Long Bay for very good prices. Phuong, the organizer was amazing we booked very spontaneous for the next morning and she made it work. She came to our hotel to get the deposit and organized the rest. Everything was on time and the cruise was in great shape. We had the biggest cabin we've ever had on a boat with a very comfortable bed. Halong bay itself needs no explanation. The nature is breathtaking and worth every penny. In addition the staff on the cruise was very kind and helpful. Last but not least Phuong helped us immediately when we forgot our wallet in the bus. In the end she drove 20 minutes to pick it up in time for us to get to the airport while still organizing us a taxi. Remarkable! If you're planning on going to Halong Bay I definitely recommend this trip and this organization :)

We had such a wonderful experience with Phuong Vu, she organised our overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay, a last minute hotel booking and all our transfers while in Vietnam. We booked airport transfers and overnight cruise at Halong with phuong. The day we arrived we were tired and we were confused about sightseeing so asked phuong how to go around, phuong not only guided us but took us around everywhere. She was more like a friend and very helpful with everything. The Aspira cruise she booked us was luxury, the not only upgraded our room but took care of all our food requests.
