The Marble Mountains with Guang Yin.
Many beautiful temples and gods in the mountains and in the caves. One of the biggest Guang Yin (Lady Buddha) was here. One of the best places to visit !! You will never be regretted !! Must see even if you are not buddhist !!

The best price and tour experiences in Luang prabang. Perfect Full-Day Tour: Pak Ou Caves & Kuang Si Waterfall!
This tour was the perfect way to explore two of Luang Prabang’s top attractions in one day! The journey started with a scenic boat ride to Pak Ou Caves, where we saw thousands of Buddha statues nestled inside limestone caverns. Afterward, we visited the stunning Kuang Si Waterfall—an absolute paradise with crystal-clear blue pools perfect for swimming. The tour was well-organized, with smooth transport and a knowledgeable guide. I loved the flexibility of choosing between a private or group tour. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Luang Prabang!

        Cute little food tour
This was a cute little food tour, our guide Noi was just adorable! Make sure you request her if you can. We stopped off and did an impromptu walk through the food market because the ice cream shop was closed! But this was an added, unexpected bonus for us. Thanks Noi for showing us around and making this food tour so enjoyable for us.

100% recommend and definitely dark cave
Absolutely incredibly day out - King was our tour guide for the dark cave, very dry humour, very wet experience! 100% recommend the dark cave for anyone wanting a more interesting day out. The water park in the river is brilliant fun after you’ve done with the cave. The phong Nha cave experience is amazing as well, the boatmen and guides were brilliant and gave a really good overview of the caves used during the war

Ha Long – Cat Ba 3 Days 2 Nights Tour with BCFamilyTour – Best Choice for Vietnam Travel
After two months of research and contacting many tour companies, we finally chose the 3-day 2-night Ha Long – Cat Ba tour from BCFamilyTour.com because: We got to explore two UNESCO World Heritage Sites in a single tour. There were many exciting activities included in the itinerary. We were able to book additional experiences like rock climbing and a street food tour. It was easy to travel to Ninh Binh and Hanoi after the tour. The travel experts supported us whenever we needed help and were very professional. With over 20 years of experience organizing tours in Vietnam, they provided excellent service, and we even booked a full Vietnam tour package with them. We sincerely appreciate the cruise staff, tour guides, drivers, and everyone who helped us throughout this journey. Special thanks to Daisy, our travel expert, for designing our itinerary and helping us save thousands of dollars. We look forward to our next adventure with you!

        Good trip with beautiful locations
Visited Paradise and Phong Nha cave, both were beautiful and definitely worth a visit to see some spectacular locations. The whole trip was well organised and our guide was very helpful. Would definitely recommend for someone who's staying in Dong Hoi or Phong Nha even if you just have a short layover.

Excellent for the Food and also for the Guide
This is definitely the best tour we've had in Laos because our tour guide, Noi, was the wonderful! Her English is great and she is so smart, personable and easy to talk with and get to know. I admire her enthusiasm for Vientiane, her engaging conversation and intelligence. She clearly could be leading many more tours than just the food tour, although she was wonderful with this one. We feasted on spring rolls, fruit drinks, sausages, sweet potato puffs and would have tried sticky rice desserts, too, but were too full for more. I really wish Noi had been our guide for the tours we had in Luang Prabang (to Kuang Si falls and Hmong Village) and Vang Vieng (Nam Xay, Blue Lagoon and Tham Chang caves), since none of those guides spoke English.

        Great Trek
We had a great trek from a local village to the waterfalls. Our guide, Khau (not sure of spelling), was amazing. He taught us a lot about local culture and the countryside. He also got us the best views of the waterfalls. Highly recommend this trek.

100% recommend this trip to Bai Tu Long Bay
Super short but super good mini cruise. Everything was so organised and good. The service was excellent, the landscape in Bai Tu Long Bay is beautiful and quiet. Our room was nice and clean with a little jacuzzi in our bathroom. There was nice activities, and they were all pretty short which we liked! You experience a lot in only 24 hours time. Our guide called Morning was soo skilled and sweet, thanks you Morning! The food was also super good! Would 100% recommend and I think this trip to Bai Tu Long Bay is way better than the one to Halong Bay. The only minus is that you're not allowed to swim in Bai Tu Long Bay due to protection of the area, but for us it was okay since the weather was not for swimming!

We had a great, everything was perfectly organized and went very smoothly. Minh was an extremely well prepared guide and we were impressed how well he managed a group with both Vietnamese and English speaking visitors - he had to say everything in two different languages! We also appreciated very much the flexibility of the provider, as we booked the trip on a very short notice. They weee always available via WhatsApp and answered all questions immediately. We definitely recommend this trip & this company.

An served as our tourist guide throughout the trip and was incredibly helpful, especially since we didn’t speak their native language. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and understood, whether it was translating for us, explaining local customs, or recommending the best places to visit. Her deep knowledge of the area’s history and culture enriched our experience, making the trip both educational and enjoyable. We truly appreciated their patience and kindness.

We stayed in a hotel which was a distance away from the usual pick up location at old quarter but they were able to make arrangements to pick us up for a fee.

Met up with our tour guide, Minh and headed to the perfume pagoda. Minh took good care of the group. The boat ride to the pagoda took about an hour. It was a slow and calm ride. Minh took great effort to educate us on the local culture.

We visited the pagoda in March. The busy period started from Jan and it ends in March. Good to visit on a weekday and not a weekend to avoid the crowd.

Lots of steps to climb to reach to the top. For families with young children and elderly folks, please opt for the cable car. The steps are not easy as the surfaces are uneven.

On the whole, a worthwhile trip

My day was extremely challenging. The guide, who goes by the name Tom apparently, struggles to communicate in English. Despite paying for an all-inclusive experience with an English-speaking guide, I found myself in a situation where it was reduced to a game of keywords. The tour is hardly worth it because most of the time is spent in a car rather than exploring. Two uncomfortable hours on a boat, followed by four hours of travel, only to have two hours for actual sightseeing. In reality, there isn't much to see, just a pagoda and a small cave. After a brief 10-minute cable car ride, that's pretty much the end of the tour. I must warn you that you won't see much of interest. The landscape doesn't justify the trip. Regarding payment, although it appears there are three options, in reality, there's only one. You're compelled to take the cable car and electric car as you'll be in a group. Furthermore, the guide provided an incorrect price to our group, thankfully, some members asked for proof, revealing a significantly lower price. Strangely, the guide also had trouble making change, suggesting math isn't his strong suit. All in all, this was an extremely disappointing visit, the worst since the beginning of my journey. In summary, it's better not to waste your money on this experience.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your tour, and we understand how disappointing this must have been for you. We take your concerns seriously and will be addressing them with our guide and the rest of our team to ensure this doesn't happen again. There is some information you provided that is not correct. For example, the distance of 60-70km takes about more than 1 hour by car. This is a pilgrimage for Vietnamese people, and if you want to learn about culture, history, and nature, then this is the place for you. I think that given your needs, this may not be the right place for you. We regularly conduct training courses for local tour guides, so any tour guides who do not perform well will be removed and trained to the highest standards to serve our customers. Thank you very much for taking the time to share!

A long bus ride, followed by a pretty but incredibly uncomfortable to the point of painful boat ride, a ton of stairs (even if you take the cable car), all to see a single pagoda which you can see anywhere in Vietnam, and a small cave entrance with a very gaudy shrine inside. If you come in festival season, you will also be bombarded with hawkers trying to sell you garbage from the second you step off the boat to once you get back on. If youre a Buddhist I'm sure this place will have meaning, but other than that, don't bother. Pagodas are a dime a dozen and there are lots of beautiful cave systems to explore in Vietnam. Also didn't help that our tour guide was uninteresting and seemed bored the whole time, very little interaction, and once you come back by boat the rowers will harass you for tips (yelling MORE MORE and pretending to cry). Most disappointing tour I've taken in Vietnam

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience on your tour. It sounds like the transportation and accessibility to the pagoda and cave may have been uncomfortable and challenging for you, which can definitely impact one's enjoyment of the experience. I understand that as a non-Buddhist, the pagoda may not have held as much significance for you. However, I would like to note that many visitors appreciate the historical and cultural significance of these sites, as well as the beautiful architecture and peaceful atmosphere they offer. It's unfortunate that you encountered pushy vendors after the boat, as that can certainly detract from the overall experience. However, it's important to remember that haggling and selling, as well as giving tips, are common practices in many tourist areas, including pagodas. Especially, we have a culture of giving lucky money in pagodas, which is similar to giving tips. Lastly, I'm sorry to hear that your tour guide didn't make the experience more engaging and interactive for you. It's important for tour guides to be knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and able to connect with their group, so that everyone can have an enjoyable and informative experience. Additionally, tour guides undergo training courses and exams every three months. Overall, I'm sorry that this tour did not meet your expectations, and I hope that your future travels in Vietnam are more enjoyable.

Enjoyable day out. This tour takes you to a place where a lot of Vietnamese go for their own religious reasons and the temple of lady Buddha is really incredible- there is a fair amount of walking and I would also suggest bringing some insect repellent as it is well of the beaten track and the bugs are out!

The lunch was delicious and our guide was very knowledgeable and handled our diverse group (with different reasons for being there) very well (we had some Vietnamese travelling for religious reasons and some western tourists).

We were there in the quiet season which possibly made it a lot nicer as there was no crowds and a lot less hawkers etc the surrounding town is also beautiful with some amazing landscape views.

Make sure you do wear appropriate clothing or take something additional to cover knees and shoulders as you shouldn’t enter the temples without being covered and they do appreciate that all travellers respect this.

The cave at the top of the hill is beautiful, but it was a long journey just for that. One of the two pagodas visited was largely destroyed during the Vietnam war and most of the structures are less than 50 years old. Interesting to visit, but certainly not the "centuries old" experience which was advertised. Also not advertised is the fact that you are expected to paddle the boat rather than sitting back and enjoying the journey. The worst bit was being confronted with bowls of captured turtles "which will die unless you pay a fee to release them into the water". Apparently paying to save a life is good karma, or is is it just a good way for locals to extract money from gullible tourists? Disgusting!

Hello, This review is not related to this tour because the Perfume Pagoda was not destroyed by war. Additionally, for safety reasons, Vietnamese authorities do not allow tourists to row boats. Only trained and certified local boat operators are permitted to do so. Moreover, the review contains content that is disrespectful to religion. The practice of releasing animals (phóng sinh) and the way it is carried out is deeply rooted in local Buddhist culture and philosophy. Therefore, the content of the review is inaccurate. This is an excellent tour! Minh is the best possible guide, excellent engish, very professional, non intrusive, funny and intelligent guide. Perfume pagoda is a local place, not many tourists, food included is very very tasty. I suggest taking the cable car at least one way as the views are beautiful. If looking for a small group, not too busy tour, this is the one.

Huong Pagoda is a sacred place for the Vietnamese people. Our family had a wonderful Huong Pagoda tour. Sam and Daisy assisted us greatly to have amazing experiences. The Huong Pagoda is very tranquil and beautiful. The delicious lunch was excellent, with vegetarian options for some members of our family. We booked a tour at a very reasonable price. This was a great day trip from Hanoi. The guide, Hiểu Milano organized pick up ahead of time and was a great guide. The boat ride was relaxing. The is some up hill walking to the first group of pagodas. I also recommend taking the cable car up to the cave and back. It was a peaceful place to visit on a weekday. I’m sure after Tết, this place will be busy and full of people.
