Get a taxi! With this service you have to hunt for your greeter and then wait for a car to be assigned while waiting in extreme humidity and heat. Horrible service!

I booked airport transfers first and then after chatting in Whatsapp with the manager Hoang I decided to add 2 private sightseeing tours - Nahn Bihn and Hanoi city. Excellent service- cars were always on time, polite drivers, clean big cars and knowledgeable and friendly guides. We saw everything we wanted and restaurants choice for lunches was good. During Hanoi tour we were able to visit Ho Chi Mihn Mausoleum and watch train on Train Street. Highly recommended tour operator.

This is my 2nd time using booking car service Hanoi. I'm glad that Mr. Hoang arranged for Ken to accompany me. He's the best driver I've ever had; always calm, especially in challenging situations like navigating mountain passes. His driving skills were excellent too. Always early and profesional.
