I highly recommend booking with Swallow Travel. Their communication about the tour details was excellent, both prior to arrival and the day before each trip. I particularly appreciated the daily updates via WhatsApp, which outlined everything clearly. Their office was incredibly accommodating, helping us adjust tour combinations, change pick-up times, and make other arrangements without any hassle. We opted for the 7-day tour from Hanoi - Halong Bay - Ho Chi Minh City, and all transfers were handled seamlessly. The 5-star hotels they selected were ideally situated in city centers—close to the action but far enough from the chaos, just a block away. The tours were conducted in small groups of 10-15 people, which was perfect for me as I’m not a fan of large bus tours. I had originally booked with them in 2020, but the trip was canceled of course. They were very honest and refunded the money without issue, which earned my trust and led me to book with them again. If it’s your first visit to Vietnam, I highly recommend booking with Swallow Travel!

The communication for this trip was exceptional. The travel company (Swallow) was able to organise a taxi into Hanoi from the airport at a reasonable rate. The trip was great. The guide was very pleasant and had a good command of English.Hotel was good and most importantly, very central in Sapa.

The trip from start to finish was ran perfectly by Swallow Travel. None of the pick ups or transfers were 1 second late. I made a few changes throughout the trip which were dealt with swiftly and professionally.

Definitely would recommend this travel agent. Communication was prompt. We asked for an extra night in Saigon which was sorted for us. Because of the flights being delayed, we arrived in Hanoi at 2 am in the morning. Our agent updated pick up time from the airport and changed schedule for Halong Bay and Sapa by 1 day which allowed us to relax on the first day in Hanoi. LEGEND. Tour was very well organised. We didn’t have to worry about anything. We enjoyed every location we visited. We had enough free time as well. Great way to visit so many different places in Vietnam in only 16 days.

We have just returned from a 20 day trip from Vietnam traveling which was all organized by Swallow Travel and our experience was amazing. From the moment I made contact with the fantastic Rosie, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was outstanding, Rosie organized everything for us- hotels, internal flights, transfers, tour guides- all we had to do was be in our hotel lobby at a certain time to be collected. It made travelling with our children (9/13/15) so stress free and easy. All of the above mentioned hotels, guides etc were brilliant and made our trip so memorable - we would never have experienced the amount Vietnam has to offer without Rosie and Swallow Travel. We can't compliment Rosie and her team enough and will certainly avail of their expertise and care again in the future.

This boat is in terrible condition, roaches and mildew are abundant. The beds are hard and the bedding is rough. The bathrooms are poor at best and the one towel you will get smells poor. They only provide AC from approximately 9pm and it shut off before 6am. On a positive note, the crew is great and the food is unique, fresh and flavorful.

Long overdue review for Swallow Travel. Organized our tour of Vietnam. Outstanding service in every way. Five stars. Don't hesitate to use them. Would travel with them again. Only thing worth nothing is reduced baggage allowance for domestic flights in Vietnam of which we took many - maximum of 20 kg (which was less than our international flight over there and back at 25 kg) so we paid extra baggage fees at times.

We booked this organised private tour in Vietnam as first time travellers outside of Europe. Swallow travel organised everything for us from hotels, day tours and transportation. We had a WhatsApp group so the communication was perfect every time that something occurred. Highly recommend! Very good prices and flexible to your needs for a perfect holiday!
