A great experience. Mama Zuzu has really been a great guide and very kind. The HomeStay is a very attractive, clean and ideal place to rest. Advisable!

Wonderful experience! Thank you Mama Zuzu ♥️
Mama Zuzu was simply wonderful, precise and organised! A woman with enormous energy, as much as her smile and kindness. We had a rather strenuous afternoon trek, but the beauty of the landscapes around us repaid any effort. Walking through rice paddies, maize fields and bamboo forest was truly sensational. The homestay in which we stayed was a small refuge, a peaceful corner right next to a stream. It was well maintained, clean and had a beautiful dining room. We ate very well both for dinner and breakfast and everything was homemade. Everything was beautiful, I will never forget this experience and these people!

Fabulous holiday building great memories of beautiful and diverse Indochina
The Unforgettable Vietnam/Cambodia 16 days/15 nights is a really fabulous tour, visiting so many of the highlights of these countries. We have many unforgettable memories from a diverse range of experiences, we were really immersed into the Vietnamese culture. We really enjoyed the mix of transport - car, plane, train, bike, tuk tuk and even water buffalo. All the hotels organised, tour guides and drivers arranged were really excellent (punctual, spoke great English, knowledgeable and friendly), everything ran like clockwork. Manh was available on Whatsapp at all times, really responsive, updating us on precise pick up times and next tour guide. My husband, two daughters (16 and 12) had a marvellous time. Highly recommend.

My first Homestay and LOVED IT
I was trekking and staying with Mama ZuZu and their family. They really looked after us so well! I had never done a homestay before so I was nervous about if I would enjoy it. I hike was just what I had needed after being in Hanoi for a week. It was steep at first but then levelled out and the views were stunning, I liked the hiking through bamboo forests to get to the homestay in the early evening. There was so much food and they had a fridge with soft drinks you could have in the evening. On the second day the views were AMAZING. I have always wanted to see rice fields up close like this and was blown away by how beautiful it was. I would highly recommend to anyone considering booking this. Bring Hiking boots / Walking boots with you and also swimming clothes if you want to dip in the waterfall.

Authentic stay in rural farming homestay with nice famiky
We enjoyed the opportunity to stay with a home stay that has more of a country living ambiance. From the moment we got off the bus in Sa Pa, Kat was a great guide as we walked 2 hours to the house (because of our 10-year old daughter, we took a taxi half the way because it was too hot & humid to hike the full 5km). The rest of the guests hiked the full way. Our luggage was bought up via motorbike. The house is typical country and very clean. You have all you need there; new toilet, hot water for shower, plug ins with converters, WiFi and warm blankets. We had a fabulous group dinner all made from scratch and then Mama Little entertained us with rounds of Happy Water!! The hike out the next morning was lovely passing by the rice fields, it took 2-2.5 hours to hike down and we had lunch by the waterfall. Bring bug spray as some trails are nature trails and beware the trails can be muddy & slippery. The owner was very attentive, professional and the whole family is kind. Families don’t normally sign up for this homestay as the accommodations are rural like and there is a lot of hiking but for the right type of family, it’s an adventure. Wonderful stay, great people.

          An amazing independent tour
What an amazing trip! From start to finish Mr Mahn coordinated our 20 day tour around Vietnam and Cambodia. He responded immediately to any queries we had. We arrived into Hanoi airport and our driver was ready to collect us for the first of our 7 hotel stays. Every pick up was on time with drivers who could speak enough English for us to converse. We were booked onto many tours but also had free days built in for rest and relaxation. Often we were collected by private car with a driver and guide. All our guides were very knowledgeable and showed us around the main sites, giving us an insight into Vietnamese and Cambodian culture and everyday life. For some tours we were picked up by mini bus but in small groups of 6-12. Full day tours also provided lunch and we ate in some really unique places and got to try many local dishes in authentic settings. We stayed mostly in 3 star hotels but all had a local flavour, were clean, comfortable and had the most amazing staff. 5 out our 7 hotels even had a pool which was very welcome after a day's sightseeing in 43° heatwave. An unforgettable experience from start to finish and never herded around in big groups on big buses. Just what we wanted. Thank you!

The number 1 highlight of our stay in Vietnam
We just left Vietnam after 7 days and without a doubt, this was THE number 1 highlight of our stay. Yes, Halong bay and Ninh Binh are nice, but the wilderness and authenticity of Sapa are on a whole other level. Specifically for this tour, which brings you OUTSIDE of the beaten path, on empty hiking trails for hours. The homestay is fantastic as well, very very rudimentary, just the way you want it for a truly genuine experience. Mama Zuzu and Mama Little are absolute gems, we were so sad to have to leave them. I cant recommend enough going on this tour. Just make sure you pack proper hiking gear, these hikes a serious stuff.

Stress free and seamless, won't disappoint
Our first experience of Vietnam, travelling from the South to North over Two weeks booked through the Adventure people, proved to be the most amazing stress free holiday we have ever been on. We can't praise the organisation enough of Vietnam tours and Manh especially who went above and beyond to assist us. Manh kept us informed and kept in touch before in the UK and whilst in Vietnam, ensuring everything was organised. The taxi transfers and tours happened like clockwork. We had one issue with one of our hotels and we were moved without hassle including our luggage, we were amazed at how professional and understanding they were. You definitely get a Platinum service from this company. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Vietnam and there people are both beautiful and charming and won't fail to disappoint. Thank you so much !

          Highly recommend, unique experience
We stayed at Mama Zuzus home where she cooked an incredible home made dinner…one of the best meals we’ve had in Vietnam. Mama Linh took us for hikes along the rice fields and mountains and showed us great sights we would have never been able to reach without their tour. Highly recommend!

          Mama ZuZu is the best!!!
We did the tour with MaMa ZuZu. She was amazing! We went through the rice fields, through a route it would be impossible to find without a guide. We spent the night in her house with her family and had a delicious dinner. Definitely recommended!!!

          Great experience in Sapa
This trip was worth the long bus ride and money. Mama Zuzus family welcomed us with open arms and we got a good amount of hiking in . The nature surrounding Mama Zuzus house was great and everyone in her village was so friendly. Also Mama Zuzus food was banging ! Best food i had in Vietnam so far ! Her house was very comfy too and we slept great.

Beautiful tour to Ninh Bing that will help you fill up one of your days in Hanoi. With hotel pick up in Hanoi’s old quarter it is very Easy to join your tour as they will come and get you at your designated meeting time which is communicated with you via email after you make your booking. The drive is about 2 hours but broken up with a quick stop in the middle. Your first stop in Ninh Binh is at Trang An, a very beautiful recently made temple (guide advised it was completed in 2010). The temple is located on a hill so there is a little bit of an uphill walk to get to the main visiting points of Trang An. Very beautiful site with lots of greenery, unfortunately the visit does to include time or entrance into the Pagoda itself but the site is very beautiful. After Trang An you continue to your Buffet Lunch, lots of options available so you will not leave hungry. The local delicacy is goat meat, which you’ll see local stands along the road all over serving. At the restaurant the have a goat soup along with a crispy rice patty which pairs nicely. It’s an interesting Combination for any adventurous food eaters out there. After lunch you get to eat part of the tour! A rowboat will take you through the Cliffs of the setting of Kong: Skull Island. Now for any big fans of the movie you’ll immediately realize this is not quite the exact set. This is because after the movie was filmed all of the props/sets/etc were disassembled and returned to the USA. Local tourism constructed a replica which is still very impressive as a small attraction inside of the cliffs. I would recommend this tour to anyone who would like to enjoy a day out of Hanoi to see some sights that you may not be able to experience if you’re just hitting the bigger cities.
