Jacky was our tour guide. He is attentive n responsible. I enjoy his tour throughout. I believe he can contd to do a good job for his future endeavour.

I hastily arranged this trip the afternoon before, and the company immediately reached out with confirmation and detailed instructions. The pickup was on time and smooth. Phong, our guide, did a great job guiding us through the day’s events. Phong was a friendly and engaging man with great insights into Ha Long Bay and items of interest in the drive down. The driver was also professional, courteous and safe. Would recommend this company, phong and our driver in particular, and this tour in general.

Great experience. Ha long bay is beautiful and Phong, the guide, was very nice and gave us a lot of interesting information about everything. The boat looks very luxurious, with very good lunch and drinks. The kayaking was perfect, great fun and we saw a monkey.

The trip to Halong Bay was a great pick in our Vietnam itinerary. Jackie was very helpful throughout the trip and helped click beautiful pictures for us.

Had a good experience, was well organized with Jacky as a tour guide. Went via a good bus, thru the expressway, took around 2.5 hrs from Old Quarters into the HaLong Bay, onto the Hercules Premium cruise. Overall great experience

Our tour guide (Jackie) was amazing. He made sure we always had all the information of our next stop. The tour itself is very dynamic and gives you an opportunity to view different landscapes and enjoy stunning views from either the ship or sites. The only dissapointing part of the trip was the "sunset party" which wasn't much of a party, it was more like a tea break.

It was good, Phong is very friendly. I probably do it again and recommend to my friends. The places that we visit it was so good, and the food, the drinks was awesome. Very accommodating staff and friendly.

Excellent communication by the company from start to end. Ship was well presented, clean welcoming. All staff very polite and efficient. Toilets were clean and kept clean. Food served was plentiful and fresh and catered for vegan and vegetarian etc. Trip was very good with no rush
