This cruise was absolutely amazing. The best part was the staff and incredible service from the staff. I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail. We stayed over Halloween night and the crew set up an entire Halloween party for us on the deck, dressed up in costumes, and made it the most memorable evening. Definitely recommend!

Great experience. 1. Service - It's been more than a month since I've been back, but I still have to exclaim because the staff here are all super friendly, enthusiastic, and take care of every little thing. Thanks to the funny Sunny who made me feel like he was a nanny haha, thanks to the 3 staff members on the cruise whose names I don't know, who were very attentive and chatted with us constantly, especially a tall and handsome guy who offered us a plate of french fries for free. Thanks to the kayaking guide, who talked very nicely and helped us take pictures hehe. - At first, I thought the discovery trips would be a bit tiring because the schedule looked tight, but it wasn't, it was still quite comfortable and not tiring. 2. Facilities - The cruise is not as big as other cruises, but the room area is quite good, and because the cruise is not big, the number of rooms is not much, I like it that way, the atmosphere will be just enough and not too noisy. - Luxurious room interior, spacious balcony overlooking the bay 3. Food - Continue to praise the staff for always asking if I like it. Actually, the cruise mainly serves foreign guests, so according to the staff, they will adjust to suit the tastes of foreigners, so there are some dishes that I don't like very much (I'm Vietnamese). Most of them will be Vietnamese dishes, so I think those who are Vietnamese should not expect too much =]]. However, the food portion is very full In short: it is worth the experience, everyone will be taken care of like a king or queen, all day long there is only eating and playing, no internet, no stress, completely enjoying nature and friendly lovely people

This cruise was the perfect ending to a wonderful Vietnam holiday. Travel arrangements to and from the cruise were very efficient and transport was very comfortable. The boat was luxury, spotlessly clean and the food was fabulous. I am vegetarian and the menu was delicious, great quality and loads of it. My hubby is not vegetarian and he was very impressed with the food standard. Everything was well organised, guests were never pressured to take part in any of the activities which made it a more relaxing experience. Staff were very courteous and our server Luna was the most polite and friendly staff member. Our only negative comment would be that the tender transfers were a bit crammed, it’s quite uncomfortable and even more so when the weather is so hot and wearing life jackets. Maybe split the transfers, with less people on board it could make it a bit more bearable.

First at all this is not luxurious. Secondly the transportation service is an scam !! They say it's a limo van for 9 people but actually it only have space for 4 . My partner had to sit infron with the driver and had a very sore neck, I was sifted at the back with two strangers and the man was harrasting me all the time. When I arrived talked to the manager and he said there was nothing to do. They gave us a small refund for the transportation, but nothing else. Feel like this ruined my experience in Vietnam

Planned a family trip on this amazing cruise. Ship is awesome with all modern amenities (minus good network n wifi) Amazing food(not much options for vegeterian) Staff is friendy and can converse in english( only one bad experience with staff by the name of sonny. He was rude while explaining if any question is asked and also had attitude issue. Such experiece always leaves a bad taste however good amenities a property can provide. Also dont forget to tryout mocktails/cocktails here as they have amazing bartender. Overall i will rate this 3.8. Without that experience with rude staff this is nothing less than 4.5.

I want to make a special mention to Mr. Lê Bac (Mr. Lee), as he made our trip incredibly fun and unforgettable. He’s complete persona is fantastic, full of energy and laugh. Our experience would’t be the same without him. He is amazing. A complete human being with great life lessons to share. Thank you Mr. Lee and keep that great attitude for life!

The moment we stepped onboard we were greeted with extreme warmth and hospitality, the stunning views of the sea coupled with the marvelous food made it an experience we won't forget. When on board look out for Xuain who made sure that the standard of food was top tier.Furthermore lookout for Mr Lee, he is one of the most happening people one can find and is a part of almost activities. Lastly the booking process itself was seamless thanks to Ms Jenny at the booking office . She coordinated our pickup and drop from the airport to the cruise and even though our flight was late , everything was arranged beforehand with no effort from our side . It is also customary that they send a luxurious limousine for the pick up and drop which my family and I really enjoyed.

This cruise exceeded all expectations. From the attentive pre-trip care to the cozy, uncrowded atmosphere with only around 20 rooms, every detail was perfect. The rooms, with beds facing the window and private balconies, were incredible, and the food was exceptional. The variety of activities, from coconut boat tours to cooking classes, ensured there was never a dull moment. I regretted opting for just a 1-night, 2-day trip; next time, I'll definitely choose the 2-night, 3-day option. Located in Lan Ha Bay, away from the crowds of Ha Long Bay, the scenery was breathtaking. Also the cruising time is not long: on the first day, our ship cruised for a total of 2-3 hours, and on the second day, only around 1 hour. But it's enough because the views are amazing! Highly recommended!

The Regal Genesis cruise was absolutely amazing, very clean, rooms are very large including the bathroom. The water pressure of the shower was awesome. the boat cruises very quietly and its very clean. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing, you definitely wont go hungry. the staff are absolutely lovely, funny, kind, friendly and helpful. The Thank you Genesis Regal, we will definitely be coming back and will do a 2 night cruise. We will never forget the wonderful time we had on this cruise with great memories.

We went on this boat trip for the 2 day and 1 night trip. I liked that it is a small boat with not too many travelers. The customer service from the time we were picked up at our hotel to returning to shore to leave for our next excursion was excellent. My son had been on a different boat in October and one of the crew was on that boat also. They reacquainted with each other and it was his first day on this new boat. This particular gentleman has a smile on his face ALL the time, and always wanting to help any way possible. It was one of the things my son had told us about his previous trip. The lodging was very nice with a private balcony nice size room and bath room. Very clean and neat! When we anchored at night we were in a spot that actually seemed like there were not many boats in the area from 3 sides of the boat we only saw one other. Out the front you could see all the others which was cool also seeing the boats lights in the dark calm waters. The afternoon boat ride was nice and relaxing, the young lady that rowed our boat was very sweet and I was amazed at how she was able to move the boat about the water. The kayak boats were fun and a chance to get a little exercise in-between breakfast and brunch. The food and drinks were good and we were offered other food than what was on the menu in case we had allergies or just didn't like what was being served. For supper we had lobster and I don't prefer that so they served me a chicken dish which for me was a good choice.

Amazing experience! The crew is very professional, friendly and they just know how tourism is done right. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the food is excelent, the trips are good and less tourity (considering Halong Bay is a very touristy place overall). 10/10 recommend. If you want to do yourself a favor, choose this cruise and you’ll have a great time.

A fantastic excursion. The bay is such a beautiful place, and it was a very peaceful experience watching it slide gently by outside our cabin. Value for money was excellent. In terms of the accommodation and state of repair, the boat was equivalent to a 4* hotel in my estimation. Though it was full (I think) it wasn’t at all crowded. The staffing level was generous and we were looked after well. There were various activities and trips for those who wanted them, and an onboard masseuse (extra charge but not unreasonable). All this for around £150 per person per night cruising through Ha Long Bay is great value in my book. The food, whilst by no means gourmet, was plentiful and perfectly nice. Drinks weren’t included in the deal and were perhaps a little overpriced, but not enough to detract from the excellent value overall. The minibus collection and drop-off before and after the cruise was smoothly done and convenient (cost included in the price stated above). All in all, a great experience and thoroughly recommended.

Wonderful cruise - did the 3 day 2 night and would recommend staying the extra night to get some time on Cat Ba island and spend more time on the serene bay. Food was great, bed was comfortable, views were amazing! Highly recommend!

I booked this tour months in advance after spending a few days choosing and reading reviews online. This particular cruise ship seemed different from the rest and attracted my attention. I was definitely not disappointed as the cruise was probably the best experience we had in Vietnam. They picked us up (booked with extra fee) from our hotel in very comfortable vans and drove us to the pier from where we embarked on a small boat that took us to the Cruise ship. Staff was extremely friendly and polite from the moment we got on board and the rooms were just wow. Nothing can be compared to that view. Food was excellent, especially the night we had the lobster. Drinks are extra, but not very expensive. I would recommend the two night option as you can have a bit of time to relax and enjoy the beauty of Halong Bay. The excursions we did were nice, mostly because of Ken who made us laugh when we visited the local village and when we tried to catch squid at night. Staff was in general very attentive, one night my fiancé didn’t like the wine and one of the waiters noticed and approached us to check why and offered alternatives. There was a bit of confusion with the vans taking us back to the hotel and Ms Chee was kind enough to book for us free of charge taxis to take us to the airport for our departure from Vietnam. Overall, a great experience that I would highly recommend
