I loved the cruise, the staff was really nice and the people were so friendly. Had an amazing day with this crew. During this cruise I though I would be mostly by myself but I ended up meeting some incredible people and having a blast.

I highly recommend an overnight cruise with Ha Long Bay Cruise Hunters! Our guide, Mr. Nam, was fantastic. He was friendly, approachable, and always made sure everyone on the boat was looked after. There were plenty of excellent options and experiences during the trip and the rest of the staff was phenomenal as well! Easy pick up and drop off before and after.

Such a fun trip with great food and activities! The views were beautiful and we got to go all around the bay. I would recommend

The views were impressive, we loved to do the hiking and sitting on the top deck… it was such an amazing experience definitely recommend everyone to try it, it’s the best boat tour I’ve been on and the food was amazing everything planned to perfection

This cruise was so much fun! The cooking & tai chi classes offered on board were my favorite. The food was incredible, kind staff, and great locations.

The ship is very old. It is not luxury at all. The cabin is very small and very old, Again, it is not luxury at all. Also ha long is very polluted. I had a bad experience visiting ha long bay.

We booked less then 10 hours before on a whim and they were super helpful and found us excellent accommodation and cruise! The crew onboard were wonderful and super friendly. I would recommend this to anyone

The boat cruise was amazing. You’re picked up by a fancy private bus that brings you to the dock. You’re then greeted by the crew who offer's you a drink on arrival. The 2 days are filled with loads of activities and you get to see many of the islands and caves.

A great experience, stress free. Excellent communication on pick up and drop off, with excellent transfer vehicles. The cruise itself had amazing food on the boat, very friendly and helpful staff throughout, nice rooms with great balconies and excursions that really showed you a lot of the Bay in on 2 days/1 night. Highly recommend

The views of the rock formations and caves were spectacular. The ground staff and the ship crew were courteous and helpful. I recommend this tour without hesitation.

The cruise itself is lovely, but Halong Bay Cruise Hunters are unprofessional and borderline rude. Once the money was paid they were unresponsive and non-committal for what service would be provided. Every time I chased them for details so I knew how to plan my trip they told me to cancel the trip (this happened multiple times). They took money for pick up & drop off to/from Hanoi then told me they wouldn't drop me and my party to our hotel and suggested we find our own way from another hotel. This is not because of language barrier. I travel enough in Asia to understand the difference. It's just very poor work ethics, with no regard for customer service or the impact on someone's holiday experience.
