I went in December of 2023 - and it was one of my favourites! The boat ride was awesome, our guide was engaged and a wonderful photographer, and the hike/park was a fun little side quest. A great way to get out of the city!

Victor was an excellent guide. He was very knowledge about the history of Vietnam. We learned about the past, present, and future of Vietnam. He told us about the region and the people in the area. He patiently answered our questions. He made sure the group was safe while enjoying the places we visited. Victor was proud of Vietnam and how the country has adapted after the wars wars. I had book to have this tour with my friends but unfortunately, the weather prediction wasn’t favourable so the tour was cancelled. I’m giving an excellent review because the communication from the team before the scheduled tour day was excellent and I got a full refund almost immediately as well! Hopefully I still get to experience the tour again!

Victor is a great tour guy. Very friendly, energetic, and funny. He provides some Vietnamese culture (which was great for my teenager son to expand his mind). Victor tells you about the history of the places you will visit in a funny but not so boring ways. Constantly providing water bottles so you won’t get dehydrated and raincoats if it is raining. We went when the weather was drizzling but still have fun and safe.

This tour is very well organised. Our guide was Mr Quy who supported us throughtout the tour with all the information, plenty of cold water and took good care of all of us. All the places were amazing and the lunch was delicious. Definitely worth the price!

The trip was amazing! We were shown around special places of ninh binh by the BEST guide ever, Victor, who we couldn’t have loved more. The trip was organised and well directed by Victor. Victor shared both Vietnam and his family history, as well as perspective about the war. We hope that when we return to Vietnam you have your four wheels and the three story house. I had such a great time on this tour, and Victor was a big part of it!😀 the sights of Ninh Binh were awesome. The services were excellent, comfortable luxury bus and great lunch buffet. And Victor kept everyone happy and entertained!

Great day trip to Ninh Binh from Hanoi. Victor was an excellent guide and provided us with so much information on the area (and Vietnam in general). We started the day cycling through a local village to a temple, toured the temple, then cycled back for lunch (buffet style included, you pay for drinks and ice cream though). Bring water with you - it is hot and sunny and our group did not think we would need any based on the itinerary time estimates but all agreed we wished we had. We enjoyed the boats to Tam Coc, and the hike up Lying Dragon Mountain (it is steep! Check out the lotus fields at the base if you are not in shape or have issues walking). Ninh Binh is beautiful and we are glad to have worked this into our trip. Overall wonderful experience for the price. Highly recommend this one!

Victor was the epitome of a 5 star Vietnamese Tour guide… knowledgable, considerate and comical. Overall passionate - which makes him so good. Yes we got to see all the advertised tour spots.. but we also got to see how the locals live, water buffalo and local animals. Don’t be put off by the 500 steps at last stop… there is beautiful grounds to walk around or have a quiet sit at one of numerous cafes. Also I need to mention the skill of our driver - he was amazing and we felt very safe.

First time in Vietnam and this tour to Nimh Binh was an excellent choice for a day trip away from Hanoi. With Vu as our tour guide we were entertained and educated on Vietnam culture, customs and etiquette as the bus drove us to the various destinations. Cycling to the temple was a blast through country villages and roads before having a delicious buffet lunch followed by a scenic trip by row boat through limestone arches. Relaxing and breathtaking at the same time. A real stunner for photography. The last stop for the real energetic was a climb to the temple which is not for everyone but then relaxing below and people watching in the shade was just as good. Vu the tour guide made the trip effortless and was the perfect host offering cold bottled water at every stop. I would recommend this tour all day long!

Great trip with our tour guide Victor. Learned so much about the country, Ninh Binh, and every detail from pick up to drop off was taken care of. Really smooth day with great sites and food for lunch. Victor also provided lots of water throughout and recommendations for places to visit and eat in Hanoi. Absolutely lovely way to make your trip to Vietnam even better.
