She has also given a great recommendation for the route to Ninh Binh which our family enjoy so much. I wasn’t feeling well on the original date of my Ninh Binh trip, but they were very understanding and allowed me to postpone without any hassle. Booked through Xoan Huong, better price than direct or Halong bay cruise sites and an upgraded room! She was super helpful and always responsive. We usually book everything ourselves so it was nice to entrust someone else. We did the Aspira cruise. It was great but there was a small mishap and she helped us work it out w the ship. Xoan even met us in the morning to ensure we got the shuttle and checked in w us along the way. Highly recommend!

We booked with Hoang Xoan from vietsail tour. She was wonderful. Very accommodating, detailed and organized. Our tour was amazing from beginning to end. Right off the airplane . We were hungry. We asked the driver to drive us to a pho restaurant and it was great. All the tour guides we had was funny, Knowledgeable and great at taking picture . We did Ninh Binh , ha long bay , sapa and stayed in the old quarter which is quite popular and walking distance to everything. Beautiful hotel.

We booked a cruise trip to Halong Bay with Vietsail Tours, they offer us very good price. We were picked up from our hotel and our tour guide was very friendly, the boat was really nice decor and comfortable, lunch was delicious, Halong Bay is amazing! I really enjoined my trip. Highly recommend this tour !
