Best Vietnam planning tip I will tell ALL my friends - contact Mr. Trung as your first stop in planning your Vietnam trip. I've dealt with so many tour operators all over the world (including multiple trips in Vietnam) and Mr. Trung tops the list as my favourite person to deal with in my many years of travelling. I agree with all previous reviews - his prices are so much lower than what you can get from other operators and Grab sometimes I had to remind him that he should be quoting higher. My husband was actually sceptical after seeing the prices. It turns out that he had nothing to worry about - all his vehicles were extremely new and clean and all his drivers were punctual and super nice. The main draw is still Mr. Trung though who organized everything for us - he is genuinely interested in making sure my family had a good time throughout the week long itinerary he helped me plan for Hanoi and Ninh Binh. I was travelling with 4 elders in our group that comes with many requirements to accommodate to their needs (no walking, washrooms breaks etc) and he went above and beyond to accommodate us and was super flexible with changes. I am so so grateful for all his help. One of the biggest regrets I had for this trip was not contacting Mr. Trung earlier so he can help me with the entire 3 week long trip. I will make sure to tell all my friends to contact him first before making any commitments before going to Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Trung organized the trip for me and my family to Ninh Binh and Halong bay. He also showed us around Hanoi city including airport pick up and drop. A very pleasant personality. His rate were very reasonable specially as our program coincided with Tet( Chinese new year). His driving was very nice. Mr. Trung, the VietNam Transport driver for my November two day private car tour of Ninh Binh province provided absolutely stellar service! He designed an efficient but thorough itinerary for the list of sights that I provided. He listened to what I requested, and executed the plan. He knew exactly where to go, and more importantly, when to go to avoid the larger tour groups and buses. His English was excellent, having previously worked in the hotel and hospitality industry. He is very familiar and knowledgeable about the entirety of northern VietNam, having driven clients to HaLong Bay and environs, Sapa, Ninh Binh, and HaiPhong. I believe that he also can make road trips to central VietNam as well--Hue, DaNang, and HoiAn. I felt very safe with his careful driving skills. I never felt rushed, and I was very very well taken care of. Further, he is very familiar with the HaNoi old district, and recommended some excellent and reasonable places to eat, all of which we drove by. Seven out of five star review!

Take this transport company for my diy travel with my big family group for 8 days in Hanoi . Mr Trung ( the manager) is super good, he met me at the airport and introduce the driver to me. Through out 8 days , any problem and change of plan, i just need to let Mr Trung know via whatapps and immediately he responded and change according to my need, Super efficient, safe driving, very reliable. Excellent service throughout Vietnam We have used Vietnam Car Service many times during our business trip in Vietnam and the service is simply outstanding and the prices are very good. (From the airport to the city or I use the car in Saigon they also provide it for me) All time to work is punctual, driver well and is nice.
