I enjoyed this tour a lot. Jenny was an amazing guide, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, cute and fun. Overall great value for money.

A fabulous day of exploring a very beautiful part of Vietnam. Our guide, Tam, expertly directed this tour. We experienced majestic mountain views, a relaxing ride along the meandering river and ancient temples and buildings. Tam was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of this area and his friendly nature helped to make the day most interesting and enjoyable. Love how he shared personal stories during the tour to help us understand the Vietnamese way of life. A great day out!

Our day trip to Ha Long Bay was a highlight of our honeymoon! Everything from start to finish was flawless. Ms. Luong was wonderful about communicating with me right after booking and ensuring we had a special experience. The views were unbelievable, the staff were so hospitable, the food and drinks were delicious, and it was a great mix of activities and relaxation. We could not recommend this cruise with Jade Sails highly enough!

We loved the thrill and adventure of ladakh with the services of Devils on Wheelz. Me and my group enjoyed a lot as devils on wheelz team took care of us like a family. We had girls riders as well with us and we were scared a bit as we were going to highest passes and specially to hanle- umling la... the altitude was so high that scare anyone. But with devils on wheelz experienced team we did the trip so smoothly without any hurdel. Thank you team Devils on Wheels for such a thrilling memory. A superb one day experience. You can see it all and do it all with this cruise. You don't need longer. The crew were fantastic; 100% giving in every way. The boat is luxury. The buffet lunch was delicious. The cost of additional drinks was reasonable. From my passport they picked up that it was my birthday so they gave a cake and a bouquet of roses.

The ninh Binh hills day tour was well organized. Our tour guide, Mr Been knows his stuff, along with a great sense of humor. This place has got to be seen to be believed.

The Jade Sails ship is new and modern. The buffet lunch was good. Because we don't eat seafood, the chef prepared a few special dishes for us. There were many other options on the buffet that we really enjoyed, including the Bun Cha on the second floor deck. The included activities were good. We enjoyed the cooking demo and the boat ride to the caves. The two women's toilets were often clogged, so needs improvement. What the Jade Sails company desperately needs to do is buy new transport vans for the long drive to and from Hanoi, or else not to fill them with over five people so that no one has to sit in the back row of seats. There are two rows of two captain seats each, which are probably very comfortable. Then there is a back bench row with three seats that are cramped and extremely bumpy, to the point where our backs hurt. Guests on other vans who sat in the back seat had the same problem. On the way back, we discovered that one back seat had a massage feature, but it was not pleasant. So did another one but it was not working.

We had Phong (Windy) as our guide for the half day walking tour of Hanoi. We were travelling with children (ages 11 & 13) and I specifically picked this tour as it looked the most family friendly. Windy met us at our hotel and was so accomodating and flexible allowing us to use our free welcome drink at the famous egg coffee place and ensuring we saw the train street and train passing by. He was very knowledgeable sharing descriptive and interesting insights of Hanoi which the whole family thoroughly enjoyed.

This was a wonderful experience with excellent service, food and views. I especially appreciated how relaxing it was - no rush, friendly staff and well-organized activities. They provided great vegetarian food and took good care of me as a solo traveller. Recommend!

So glad I did research and booked Jade Sails for a 1 day cruise to Ha Long Bay recently from Hanoi. Everything about this day was brilliant thanks to the incredible team (Vinny, Jenni etc). It is a long day, but a good one. The pickup was on time and very much a luxury small bus with added touches (water, wifi etc). Tea is offered on arrival to the marina, with boarding shortly after. There was only 17 on our boat on this particular day with pretty heavy rain on and off. None the less, there was lots to see and learn. Vinny provided a great overview of the day, and answered questions throughout the day. The lunch provided was good and thank you to the team for catering to my last minute request brilliantly. The cave tour and kayaking were fun, and the cooking demonstration capped off a great day. Due to the rain we were running early and skipped the full afternoon sunset party but I dont think that dampened the day in any way. Transport back was efficient. I was a bit hesitant booking just a day trip for Ha Long Bay, thinking it would be hard to fit a good experience in (as opposed to overnight), but SO glad i got a wonderful experience thanks to Jade Sails cruise. Highly recommend!

The whole experience was luxury and first class from the limousine ride, boat amenities, meals, and activities. The staff was super friendly and eagerly offer assistance. Highly recommended

Overall we enjoyed the experience, however it's a very long day (around 12 hours+) when the highlights of the trip only take a few hours. The highlights would be ninh binh and the kayaking around the caves, the other things added in were just fillers which make the day longer than it has to be, lunch was average, a good selection but cold and dry, we skipped the cycling at the sun was scorching and humid so we couldn't do it after being in the sun for two hours on the kayak, our guide spoke relatively okay English, a slow quiet tone which was hard to hear/folloe

I have never returned from a pleasure tour and cried! We had the worst experience and I would never recommend this company. I only gave them 2 stars because the boat was very nice and the lunch was good, but the problem came in when we ordered wine for their 2 for one happy hour. Upon asking for our second glass (two for one) the waitress states that wine isn't on the special and that was a mistake. The manager came by and made it such a scene, the entire wait staff was yelling at one another at the bar and the other passengers were staring at us! How embarassing! I told the manager that since it was such a problem (even though it was their mistake), we no longer wanted the second glasses of the 2 for one. At the end of the cruise in retaliation, we were told that we had to pay cash for our tab, but others were paying with a card! (I have pictures of others paying with cards as proof). I am insulted and would never recommend this unprofessional company!
