The driver was very friendly and attentive. We managed to go to all the places in our itinerary. Whenever we finished visiting the place of interest he would pick us up punctually and bring us to the next one. Highly recommended.

On my way to Ninh Binh I booked a “limousine” service with another provider and it was so bad. So I decided to get private car pick up from my homestay in Ninh Binh to Hanoi airport and it was EXCELLENT ! Great communication, driver arrived even a little early to pick me up, was lovely, drove well and safely and even stopped so I could use a bathroom. I highly recommend booking !

I just used Saigon DMC Travel today for a limo transfer from my hotel in Saigon to my new hotel in Can Tho on the Mekong Delta, a 4-hour drive during mid-morning traffic. On selecting the car service I wanted and paying, I immediately received a receipt email followed by a confirmation email. As I organised the transfer a week before traveling, I received further emails: one confirming insurance, another the pickup details and the night before the trip an email with driver's car registration number, his name and mobile number and an invitation to reach out to him if I was ready earlier. I happened to be ready 20 minutes before the pickup time and when I asked the concierge to call him, he turned up within 5 minutes. I honestly could not have asked for anything more. The driver, Mr. Tho was super courteous and a very good driver, I felt totally safe. The car was new and clean. There was nothing else for me to do except sit back, relax and enjoy the view. All in all, a hassle-free enjoyable transfer at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic day with tour guide Tuÿèn. She was amazing. Helping me with my poor mobility, carrying my backpack. Friendly, good fun & good English. The Buddist - Vinh Trang Pagoda is amazing. Boat ride to one of the Mekong Islands. Honey Farm, Coconut candy, horse & cart ride around island.& lunch.

Driver was on time and the car was modern and clean. The pick.up location was well marked and easy to locate. The driver knew the road of HCM very well

Wonderful, quick communication. Easy confirmation. Kind and safe driver. But the best part was that the limousine van was very comfortable!

Used it ones, the second time I tried to negotiate the price directly with them. They tried to rip me off. Offered the price even higher than grab taxi. The first time we used it the car was nice but driver fell for a moment asleep as we were moving on the highway. Just use bus or grab taxi instead.

Used this company to get me and my partner direct taxi door to door service from Hanoi airport to Ninh binh (tam coc area), then another from same place to Hanoi old qtr company was fantastic booking was quick easy confirmed and arrived at the time request would happily use this provider again and so much easier than transfer taxi vans etc

Overall it was a superb service by Thanh (coordinator) and the drivers. The car was spacious and very clean. Would book them again if needed.

Fantastic services! My second time booking a ride with them. The drivers always arrive early to pick me up. No wait at all. Very comfortable ride. Safe journey. They have outdone services in comparison to another provider i booked a car with. I had to wait for the driver for about 15 mins and was even asked to meet the driver elsewhere from my initial location. No such issues with Saigondmc The operator made sure to provide me with the necessary information before my trip and on the day of my trip. Very efficient service. Highly recommend

My husband and I rented the car and driver to check out Hwy 13. The driver was great and the car was clean. The trip was just as we asked for.

Reliable company and responsive. The drivers on the other hand, not so great. Our first one who drove us from Hanoi to Sapa drove really slow despite us asking a few times for him to drive faster because we had a tour booked but he kept it under speed limit all the time. Our second driver who drove us back to Hanoi from Sapa kept wanting to take 20 minute breaks. During the first break he watched us sweat in the sweltering heat next to him while he relaxed, ate, drank, and smoked cigarettes. Then 1 hour later he wanted to take another 20 minute break so we said no but he still stopped for 15 minutes to use the bathroom and smoked.

We booked a private transfer from Hanoi airport to Ninh Binh (Tam Coc). We were informed via WhatsApp before departure. We were met by our driver with a name plate. The driver drove relatively fast but still acceptable. We arrived right in front of our hotel on time. We can definitely recommend this provider.
