I booked a tour for myself with Vietnam Cheap Packages to Ninh Binh, and it was one the best tours I've done in Vietnam! Setting up the tour was very easy. I contacted Chien, told him what day, and within an hour, it was all set up. The actual tour itself was very fun, safe and informative. We had Harry as our tour guide. Harry was energetic, enthusiastic and very outgoing. He made sure we were all comfortable with the activities, such as bike riding and getting on the boat. I think the best part about Harry was that he kept the conversation going and wanted to really teach us about Vietnamese history, culture, and society. Liem is wonderful and very professional and honest. She made me a silk blouse offering to drop it off at my hotel after the store closed the next day.Since I was leaving noon the next day. The quality of her products plus the understanding of my needs and above and beyond customer service. It is worth your time to seek her out. There are several Feeling Silk stores in Old Quarter.

We visited Cambodia & vietnam for 14 days.. It was really well organised.. From the start till end everything was very well organised. Since it was a budget trip the hotels which were booked was way better than we expected. Any queries jasmine always was there to solve it within few minutes. I would definitely recommend people to go with this agency. They are really good. Due to some mis communication there was some confusion in ho Chi Minh City and within no time we got back our refund.

We had booked 8 days trip. Everything was well planned starting our tour from Hanoi till last day in Ho chi Min city. Every intercity private transfer driver was present well before time. We did a 13 days trip to vietnam. I was very much worried about the food options as my food palette is quite restrictive...but all the meals organized by our tour guide jasmine were vegetarian friendly...she also helped us with our luggage handling, pick ups and was always available for our last minute changes.
