    Mangal salad (Vegetables cooked on a grill)

    Kutabs with herbs and meat (Minced mutton or greenery in thin dough with sumax or qatiq)

    Dolma (Dish prepared from minced mutton, rice, verdure and wrapped in grape leaves)

    Sadj ichi (Dish with meat, mushrooms and vegetables which is fried in special reversible cast-iron pan - Sadj)

    Plov or pilaf (Basmati rice with variety of second helpings)
