Due to Formula One the roads were very busy so we started late, and unfortunately the carpet museum was closed. But our tour guide bahadur was great, respectful gentleman. It was unique experience and most importantly main highlight of our 2-day business trip to Azerbaijan. Tour started at 7pm when the whole city lights up and looks quite spectacular. places we visited had perfectly been selected for the tour program. An excellent day from start to finish. Our guide for the day was so knowledgeable and great fun. We visited Temples, Burning Mountains, Ancient Cave Drawings and Mud Volcanoes....amazing. The off road to the volcanoes in a Lada 4x4 was thrilling. Hotel pick up and Drop off. A must do when visiting Baku.

I had a fantastic full day tour of Gobustan and Absheron, my guide was extremely knowledgeable and the information he shared about Azerbaijan as a whole was very interesting. I was lucky enough to have a private tour and both my guide and driver where very helpful, they were happy to stop off at little places along the way that we came across. My family of four took this tour with Mr Samir, and we had a great time. We were able to cover all the main sites within the city and benefited from Mr Samir's vast knowledge and experiences, not only the tip sites in Baku but also the lesser known. The agency also had a separate driver for us, so we could also walk through sites such as the old city and then, be picked up without wasting any time. Finally, Mr Samir took us to an amazing restaurant with authentic food. We didn't know what to expect as vegetarians but thoroughly enjoyed the meal... as well as the entire city tour!

I took tours with three different agencies during my week in Azerbaijan, and I can say that Azerbaijan-Tours was hands down the best! Orkhan arranged everything perfectly and as a solo female traveler, Soloman was the perfect guide for a 2-day trip to Sheki.
