Very professional in our case. We had clients from Italy and they made the best ever experience for them. highly recommended for tailor made and unique tours and experiences.

About this “tour”.. the driver was friendly but didn’t speak any english. At the first 2 stops the driver pointed us in the direction where to go and stayed inside the taxi. But on the website it stated that there was a guide included with interesting stories… It didn’t stop there, he didn’t know where to go after the mud vulcano’s and drove without notice back to Baku. After asking him where we were going he couldn’t reply and called someone who spoke english. After that he turned around and asked us where he should go. I showed the website from where we booked and he set his navigation. After a hour driving we get somewhere where the driver gets lost and went asking. Whilst that’s going in, some random dude went into the fan and drove with us. After finally reaching the main attraction the national park, the person at the entrance gate told us that they were closed. After a couple minutes he told us to pay up and we could go inside. The driver drove us through the park, again nothing to tell. At the end we saw a couple gazelle’s but nothing more sadly. All on all we got back home safely but wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone again. At the hotel I payed the driver and it felt like a scam.

Initial communication with the company was great! However I can’t say the same about the transparency of the company on the day of the tour! I booked a full day around Baku tour with English speaking guide. On the day of the tour the company sent me just a driver (basic English) to take me the locations and did not informed me! Upon arrival on my first sight I realized what was happening and reached out to the company and the guy told after a little pressure yes that it is right blaming on not being able to get me a guide because everyone was sick. I can certainly understand that things changed although my point is that he never came clean and asked me if I want just a driver for the price of a guided tour?? Then he offer to pay for the audio guide? Not the same thing and I only settled to continue with he included the entrance fees of all sites too. which in his website DO NOT mention that I am responsible for! Also important to mention that not all sites on the description of the tour were visited and zero food! Even though I very much recommended visiting the sites around Baku such as gobustan, fire temple, mud volcanoes and Yanardag I absolutely do not recommend this company if you want to enjoy your time and get what you pay for!

Ramzan was a great and friendly driver, he even brought fruit, sweets, and hot homemade tea to share with me after seeing the petroglyphs!

We joined the trip as three friends. First we went to the mud volcanoes. Frankly, the road to the volcanoes wasn't very good, we went by rocking in the car. Volcanoes were cold, you can examine them closely but they wereinteresting. I spent enjoyable times with my friends there. But the Museum was pretty good, information with technological tools, visits to ancient times and so on. It was a good experience. Thanks.

I thought this tour was perfect for seeing a lot of the highlights of the area that are outside of Baku. Ali picked us up at that hotel in the morning as promised and we accomplished a lot during our long day together. Ali is a knowledgeable guide and always helpful. I would recommend this tour!

We first visited the mud volcanoes. We became quite a bit of dirty due to mud. But it was so much fun. Especially those shaking roads and the musics in the car on the roads to volcanoes. )) We really enjoyed a lot. After that we headed towards Gobustan. It wasn't too far anyway. After a visit to the modern and knowledgeable museum building, we went up to the rocks right next to it. It was fabulous! Huge rocks, the pictures on those rocks were all very impressive. It was very exciting to be in the lands where the first people set foot. Thanks a lot for everything :)

Ali was an excellent tour guide and is the reason our trip was so special. We went on a private tour through Azerbaijan and Georgia and he blended in perfectly into our group. He was flexible and tailored every detail to our requests and needs. Thanks so much again Ali!!!

Went to fire temple, fire mountain, mud volcanoes and petroglyphs with Alishan for a day trip around Baku. He was funny and filled with knowledge, it felt like we travelled with a friend rather than a tour guide. Definitely the highlight of our trip in Azerbaijan!
