- 738irinac0 contributionsThe True Bangladesh, a great experience with MAMWe booked this 4 days tour with MAM and we added a full day Dhaka tour with Sonargaon and Panam City and a visit to Cumilla, in fact a 7 days archaeological tour and our experience was above expetations. Our guide Nizam was extremly helpuful, knowledgeable and kind and the driver an excellent one, we didn't miss any objective, more they suggested us new places to explore, they tok us a lot of pictures and they have chosen for us the best local restaurants - the Banladeshi food is amazing! The agency was very cooperative respecting all our requests regarding the itinerary - in fact we booked 3 tours in one! - and accomodation. Respect same time friendly attitude, professionalism and one of the best staff I ever met during our travels in more than 150 countries. Thank you, MAM, for let us know the true Bangladesh during an unforgettable 7 days experience!Written 29 July 2023
- Relax355450138010 contributionsNot worth the moneyTo pay so much (USD 200) for so litle in a low cost country is complete rip off. Not even safety belts in the car. I am used to Bangladesh. We started the trip by driving around to find a operational gasstation.Written 25 November 2022

- jipu b0 contributionsSonargaon Day TourThis was the first of two visits with Siraj from Cittagang visits. Much obliged Siraj, and our driver for an incredible day. We went to Sonargaon and saw notable structures as well as truly fun children who were so agreeable and quick to meet me; Panem which was astounding and had such an intriguing outing across the waterway to a little town, again to be met with invitingness and graciousness. An incredible outing - especially when trapped in unbelievable downpour returning with transports being washed under the bridge flood pipes, prompting more noteworthy blockage than expected. try not to pass up on the chance to go out traveling like this: it gives you such knowledge into this captivating nation and its kin.Written 20 March 2022

- Altamash R0 contributionsA Unique Adventure! This November, I had the opportunity to take my European father-in-law on his first trip to Bangladesh. After searching online for tour options in Srimangal, I came across MAM Holidays Bangladesh's offerings. Overall the tour was extremely well-organized and covered several lovely sites and unique activities: - On Day 1, we took an early train from Dhaka to Srimangal (approx. 4.5 hours), arriving at our hotel early in the afternoon. That day we visited the Baikka Beel Wetland Sanctuary; - On Day 2, we visited the Lawachara National Park in the morning and then had a fantastic, invigorating cycle-ride (approx. 20km!) to Madhabpur Lake in the afternoon; - Day 3 was the highlight of our trip as we undertook a challenging and adventure-packed hike to Ham Ham Waterfall. I won't give away everything but it was truly a special experience. Overall our tour guide was friendly, well-mannered and did his absolute best to make us feel at home. You could really sense his hospitality and desire to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend the tour and this company! Thanks again Misbah, Mizanur and team!Written 9 December 2019

- lockedoutofgw0 contributionsHuge variety and diversityThis was the first of two tours with Jafar from Taabu tours. Thanks Jafar, and our driver for a great day. We went to Sonargaon and saw not only historic buildings but also really fun kids who were so friendly and keen to meet me; Panem that was amazing and had such an interesting excursion across the river to a small village, again to be met with friendliness and courtesy. A great day out - particularly when caught in unreal rain coming back with buses being washed under the overpass overflow pipes, leading to greater congestion than usual. don't miss the opportunity to go on a trip like this: it gives you such an insight into this fascinating country and its people.Written 5 August 2019
- nl_johan0 contributionsSundarbans Tour, great tripGreat experience to go through the larges mangrove forest by boat and stay overnight on the vessel on the rivers. Even though accommodation and facilities are very basic on board I really liked the trip. Mam Holidays was very helpful to arrange a day-time journey back to Dhaka. My guide, Mizan gave me a lot of valuable information during our stay in the Sundarbans.Written 12 June 2019
- Penny H0 contributions5 day Sundarbans TourThis was a magnificent tour, all that we wsihed for and more, although the tigers did not come to see us. From the moment we were met on the steamer in Dhaka to the end of the tour we were looked after in a friendly, professional way. The driver was good and managed traffic well. In Khulna we wandered round local shops with no hassle, feeling very safe. The smaller boat that took us round Sundarbans was great, a lovely atmosphere created by the captain who was excited when he showed us dolphins and a crocodile. The guides were knowledgable and knew where to find birds, deer and a tiger paw print. The boat staff kept the boat well, very clean, lovely food and staff were always aware of our needs. I would recommend this tour and Bangladesh as a fascinating, safe country to visit.Written 8 May 2019
- Laralyn10170 contributionsGreat trip with lots to see! This company was really wonderful to work with! I booked the wrong day originally; they were very nice about it and helped me rebook. Also, I am a solo female traveler so was a bit nervous and they put me completely at ease. I had two guides and a driver who were all professional and fun to be with all day. I felt safe the entire time! The sites were beautiful, especially the ancient city. If going to the fishing village, do not forget to bring candy for women and children. The entire trip was enjoyable and very professional. ** as a visiter, you will be asked to take photos with many locals. If you are uncomfortable with this, I would mention it to the guideWritten 17 February 2019
