- Fmw161690 contributionsCheesy marble mountainThis place is a tourist trap. A cave with symbols for “hell” - you have to climb down a lot of wet slippery steps. Beware.- it is very cheesy. The to “heaven” - you have to climb a 100 steps to get to the next level- a total of 500 steps. I had no problem climbing the dragon 500 steps in ninh binh- at your pace. But this tour person kept moving like there is a plane to catch. There is an elevator but our tour guide was too cheap to pay for the elevator. Half way up, my back started hurting after 2 back surgery so I came back down. My husband continued; he then called me on WhatsApp and told me the tour ends at a different point and now I am waiting for the driver to pick me up to go to their end the meeting point. If you are older or have some difficulty climbing don’t come here. The steps are narrow and steep. So far this tour is cheap and cheesy.Written 15 February 2025

- hsler20230 contributionsThe Marble Mountains with Guang Yin.Many beautiful temples and gods in the mountains and in the caves. One of the biggest Guang Yin (Lady Buddha) was here. - vikoy20250 contributionsThe best price and tour experiences in Luang prabang. Perfect Full-Day Tour: Pak Ou Caves & Kuang Si Waterfall! This tour was the perfect way to explore two of Luang Prabang’s top attractions in one day! The journey started with a scenic boat ride to Pak Ou Caves, where we saw thousands of Buddha statues nestled inside limestone caverns. Afterward, we visited the stunning Kuang Si Waterfall—an absolute paradise with crystal-clear blue pools perfect for swimming. The tour was well-organized, with smooth transport and a knowledgeable guide. I loved the flexibility of choosing between a private or group tour. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Luang Prabang!Written 9 February 2025
- Leigh R0 contributionsCute little food tourThis was a cute little food tour, our guide Noi was just adorable! Make sure you request her if you can. We stopped off and did an impromptu walk through the food market because the ice cream shop was closed! But this was an added, unexpected bonus for us. Thanks Noi for showing us around and making this food tour so enjoyable for us.Written 5 February 2025
- Will P0 contributions100% recommend and definitely dark caveAbsolutely incredibly day out - King was our tour guide for the dark cave, very dry humour, very wet experience! 100% recommend the dark cave for anyone wanting a more interesting day out. The water park in the river is brilliant fun after you’ve done with the cave. The phong Nha cave experience is amazing as well, the boatmen and guides were brilliant and gave a really good overview of the caves used during the warWritten 4 February 2025

- vikoy20250 contributionsHa Long – Cat Ba 3 Days 2 Nights Tour with BCFamilyTour – Best Choice for Vietnam TravelAfter two months of research and contacting many tour companies, we finally chose the 3-day 2-night Ha Long – Cat Ba tour from BCFamilyTour.com because: We got to explore two UNESCO World Heritage Sites in a single tour. There were many exciting activities included in the itinerary. We were able to book additional experiences like rock climbing and a street food tour. It was easy to travel to Ninh Binh and Hanoi after the tour. The travel experts supported us whenever we needed help and were very professional. With over 20 years of experience organizing tours in Vietnam, they provided excellent service, and we even booked a full Vietnam tour package with them. We sincerely appreciate the cruise staff, tour guides, drivers, and everyone who helped us throughout this journey. Special thanks to Daisy, our travel expert, for designing our itinerary and helping us save thousands of dollars. We look forward to our next adventure with you!Written 2 February 2025
- p_terb6800 contributionsGood trip with beautiful locationsVisited Paradise and Phong Nha cave, both were beautiful and definitely worth a visit to see some spectacular locations. The whole trip was well organised and our guide was very helpful. Would definitely recommend for someone who's staying in Dong Hoi or Phong Nha even if you just have a short layover.Written 2 February 2025

- M4273PRcarolp0 contributionsExcellent for the Food and also for the GuideThis is definitely the best tour we've had in Laos because our tour guide, Noi, was the wonderful! Her English is great and she is so smart, personable and easy to talk with and get to know. I admire her enthusiasm for Vientiane, her engaging conversation and intelligence. She clearly could be leading many more tours than just the food tour, although she was wonderful with this one. We feasted on spring rolls, fruit drinks, sausages, sweet potato puffs and would have tried sticky rice desserts, too, but were too full for more. I really wish Noi had been our guide for the tours we had in Luang Prabang (to Kuang Si falls and Hmong Village) and Vang Vieng (Nam Xay, Blue Lagoon and Tham Chang caves), since none of those guides spoke English.Written 27 January 2025
- johncM896WW0 contributionsGreat TrekWe had a great trek from a local village to the waterfalls. Our guide, Khau (not sure of spelling), was amazing. He taught us a lot about local culture and the countryside. He also got us the best views of the waterfalls. Highly recommend this trek.Written 25 January 2025
- 203maikae0 contributions100% recommend this trip to Bai Tu Long BaySuper short but super good mini cruise. Everything was so organised and good. The service was excellent, the landscape in Bai Tu Long Bay is beautiful and quiet. Our room was nice and clean with a little jacuzzi in our bathroom. There was nice activities, and they were all pretty short which we liked! You experience a lot in only 24 hours time. Our guide called Morning was soo skilled and sweet, thanks you Morning! The food was also super good! Would 100% recommend and I think this trip to Bai Tu Long Bay is way better than the one to Halong Bay. The only minus is that you're not allowed to swim in Bai Tu Long Bay due to protection of the area, but for us it was okay since the weather was not for swimming!Written 11 January 2025

Hello,
I was very satisfied with the airport pick-up yesterday. I arrived late, but the driver waited for me and I was able to get to my accommodation safely. Thank you.

We had a great transfer from the airport to the hotel, the gentleman was kind enough to wait while I got some money at the ATM. Good driver, no issues at all, I only booked one way but I’m going to book the return with them, not worth the hassle of hoping the taxi driver shows up.
Great service!
