The whole tour was well organized and spaced very well. We travelled as a family, and we were picked up from airports and railway stations perfectly. The tour guide was very good. Guide was very informative and explained each monument with history and dates perfectly and also helped in taking photos, which made my daughter very happy. We visited both Bhukara and Samarkand. Both of these places have a lot to see and explore. All guides who accompanied us on our tour were on time and very pleasing. I will recommend their service for my friends as well.

Beware, the offered "tours" are a SCAM! This shouldn't be on trip advisor! We booked a tour to the mountains, including different sights for ~100$. We had to waste the whole day in a car with the driver and his friend watching TikTokin the front seats. We didn't visit any of the promised sights. Waste of time and money

Best time to visit is beginning of November. I say that weith experience as we experience the autumn with the beginning of snowfall. The Chimgan range is succhha pretty sight to see with the colourful leaves trees and as you go further upwards, snowcovered trees,,,, Enjoyed every bit of it...

Anur tour designed for me a perfect Tailor Made tour through all 5 Stans in 7 days (i Travel fast). We had a Guide in all coutries and in Turcomenistan a person called Dimitri, who was outstanding. The only thing I was not prepared is how bad is the road from dasoguz to darsawa crater (5 hours that sounds like Paris - Dacar rally) and neither blog in the internet prepared me for that. Anur tour prompted answer my inquiries. I always Travel without Travel agencies, beeing to 103 countries, but for the 5 Stans I strongly recomend you to be with a tour company and Anur tour is definetely my Pic.

We booked a silk road tour which we customised to include a day in Khiva. We did a lot of initial research on different options, including booking through a UK tour operator. In the end we decided on Anur Tour because of their previous reviews and their flexibility. There was a certain amount of apprehension, as we had never travelled to central Asia before, never mind booking with a local tour company and arranging our own flights. Ultimately it was the right decision. Everything was extremely well organised, with all transfers, tours, and train and internal flight tickets arranged and booked by Anur Tour. There was one small breakdown in communication around a pick up time from our hotel which was quickly and efficiently sorted out. Overall we were extremely impressed by service provided. All the drivers were already waiting for us, whether picking us up from our hotel, airport or train station. Some had very little English, but we expected that, and they were all unfailingly polite and helpful, opening doors and carrying luggage. The tour guides were all excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. All had excellent English. The hotels were mostly as expected. Not huge or overly luxurious, but clean, comfortable and all with friendly, helpful staff. A special mention of the Parklane Hotel in Tashkent, which was immaculate with super helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. It was a packed itinerary and full of fascinating history and stunning architecture. The Uzbek people are very friendly and welcoming. Sorting our own international flights (with Uzbekistan Airways direct from London) and booking with Anur Tour gave us the flexibility we needed and worked out substantially cheaper than using an all in package. I would thoroughly recommend Anur Tour and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Zukhra!

We booked the one day tour to Chimgan Mountains. It was easy to contact them via Whatsapp and make reservations. The price was reasonable and they accept both USD and local currency. The driver arrived on time and the tour went as per plan. The driver was very courteous and knew reasonable English. The car was in excellent condition. The driver drove safely and stopped wherever we wanted. He also took us to a great local restaurant (with vegetarian options). My only minor complaint is that I wish they had sent a reconfirmation message one day before the trip so that I could be sure the driver would arrive on time.

A walk in history.... splendid scenery and friendly people. The food is like a religion! Such a lovely variety of fruits , traditional dishes and many more. It'was a real privilege to spend a week with dear friends from Usbekiztan who took us along on a unforgettable tour as we created memories. Anur tour Excell in their task to host us as guests, with a very well organized tour, tour guides and very good accommodation and restaurants! Usbekiztan is a beautiful Country with it's unique land scapes , clean cities and safe travel for tourists.

This was an excellently organized tour by Anur Tours. I found them to be extremely responsive and particular about details. Thank you Mrs. Aynur for walking the extra mile to ensure everything was in place- train tickets, sightseeing bookings, hotel, pickups and guides. I can't help but contrast this experience with the utter fiasco created by a competitor company with whom we had booked what would have been a tour to Khiva, but never happened because of their ineptitude in booking tickets, though we'd paid up a month in advance. Can't say enough about the guides we had - Irena in Samarkand and Feruza in Bukhara. They made sure we had an extremely informative, engaging and enjoyable experience. Both Samarkand and Bukhara are must-dos, and doing them like this not only helped us optimize time, expense and effort but has left us with beautiful memories. Highly recommend Anur Tours!
