My father had just visited Turkey last week with a group of around 100 above people and the overall experience was worst than ever. 1. The tour guide provided namely " Furkan Bicer" and others were not at all cooperative, they didn't have any proper etiquettes and hospitality towards. 2. They didn't accompany us inside or around the visiting places to provide any information of the places we visited. They just stood outside. 3. They never bothered to give us proper information regarding the timings throughout our tour and wasted a lot of time in travel causing us to miss many events and points. 4. They never asked us about the food, type and quality or suggested any choices during the tour. 5. It seems that the company wasn't interested in properly hosting the overall programme and didn't bother about the welfare of their tourists at any point. 6. That is why they didn't even ask for the "feedback" throughout the tour

After booking and recieving confirmation for 3people, 2 days before the tour we are told we need to pay €650 each (3of us) as they knew nothing about our booking and the prices have gone up since we booked. After checking their website with the price advertised, if we were booking a new tour direct with them it was €1186 cheaper than what they were trying to charge us.

Our group of 10 were assisted by Shop and Travel Turkey in Istanbul as well as in Cappadocia! All of our transfers were on time, good service, Wifi on board and cool lights in wonderful Mercedes Vans. We contacted Travelshop Turkey seeing all the excellent reviews .One of their Tour Consultant Christie was in touch with me for more than 2 months in the communications whatever amount they asked not a single Euro was discounted .We agreed for everything hoping it wowuld be an excellent holiday as we were celebrating our 10th wedding Anniversary.Once we landed to the unknown country we came to know that Christie left the job and we were no where stranded.We were picked from the Airport by continously messaging their company .We reached the hotel and to our dismay they gave us a single room for 3 people ,when we spoke to the Reception they said our consulatnt booked that for us and for any concern we have to contact them.For our 8 days tour every evening we had to message them asking our timings for the tour and everything .They never came on time we were just left idle waiting someone would come and pick us.Everyday we had to argue with the Company people .It was a messed up holiday I would never recommend anyone to go with them,For them only money mattered to their accounts thats it.

Awesome local tour agency. Enjoyed our time with them. The guides were amazing, especially Gül and Ulas.

We visited Cappadocia, Konya, Antalya, Kusadasi and Istanbul. It was wonderful trip with new experiences like paragliding. Our guide (Mr. Jam from Cappadocia) is an awesome guide .... very understanding, supportive and knowledgable. Tour agency is co-operative and arranged everything well on time. It was an amazing experience overall.

My wife and I have a very bad experience and disappointed According to the agreement we faced the following - we had driver unable to speak Arabic or English, no professional guide, so we were not able to enjoy the various places and sights -It was mentioned that we should have 6 diners but only we received 2 diners in the last 2 days, we were not informed where to have diner and the 2 diners we re - Some sites according to schedule we were not able to visit with problems of entry fees - Hotels were modest, some were 3 stars although it was mentioned in the agreement that it was 4 stars, and hotels were far from the city centre except the last We are very unhappy and disappointed

I stayed there for 1 week with my friends,it was excellent trip. Travel shop Turkey its deffinitly the best and the smart choice for travel in Turkey. The guide was very polite & professional. The hotel it was luxury and very good location. Everything it was correct with all detail. Definitely i recomend Travel Shop Turkey 🥰

The good aspects of this company are it is excellent and everything was arranged as said. All transportation was on time, tour guide spoke excellent English and was very friendly and helpful at all times. The tour company also booked and arranged transport for my group of 11 people (from US, Canada, India and Bahrain) for other events not included in the tour at an extra cost and the service was superb. The accounting dept needs some upgrading as credit card payments were not being transacted immediately due to the Turkish banks who process them causing some headache and stress for a short time. Hopefully the Turkish banking system will improve. I will highly recommend this company as they deliver whatever they promise or say. I and my group enjoyed the custom tour tremendously. I can only express how much I liked Turquey. We visit several cities and I loved the beauty and history of each one. But the must exceptional was the guide that accompainied US, Engin Ermiscan, he is an excellent professional, respectful, kind but above all, with a lot of passion in his job (besides speaking excellent spanish). The driver was also excellent. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Tour arrangements was well and good. Specially taking care of all guest. Well pre-planned service. Food and accommodation was very nice. I strongly recommend.

I was very lucky to have Dilek as a guide, she gave me a very detailed lesson about the history of the castle. If you visit Dolmabahce without a guide, you will lose all the beauty of the castle. On the Bosphorus Sigtseeing Cruise trip, my guide told me about life and Istanbul's history before and now. Dilek was very knowledgeable and told not only with great passion but also very detailed and not least with great joy and sense of humor. Had a wonderful day and highly recommend the tour and guide..

My wife and I visited Istanbul for 4 days on our way back from Israel. Before we left Los Angeles, I almost changed my mind, and called to cancel because of some of the stuff I saw online, such as the warnings on the US State Dept Site. Due to the hefty airline cancellation fees, we didn't, and decided to take our chances, and I'm glad I kept the trip. Folks .. Istanbul is a very safe city to visit, and you will have the time of your life there. Lots if the stuff you see online is political, and may not concern you at all as an individual. Security at the airports is much tougher than the US, so be prepared to be screened several times. The city is a lot of fun, and shopping and food are amazing. The people are nice and welcoming, and you will get a lot for your money over there. I heard lots if horrible stories about cab drivers .. not true, just ask how much it will cost you to your destination before you get in the car. Check on what's allowed to travel with before you buy gifts to take back with you to the US, and change currency as needed so you don't end up with unused Turkish currency at the end of your trip. It was sad to see very few Americans there, yet, there were thousands of other nationalities all over the streets. Anyway, glad I took the trip, and if it wasn't the long flight, I would do it now in a heart beat .. loved it.
