Before your class, a climate-controlled vehicle will take you from your hotel to the meet your fellow students for your Turkish cooking class. The class is 2 hours long and will last from 11:00am to 1:00pm. A local chef serves as the instructor at a hotel kitchen, where you will learn to cook traditional Turkish cuisine. Discover the cultural context of each mouthwatering dish and the special techniques to prepare local cuisine like a true Turk. Following the session, enjoy a delicious Turkish meal of your own creation on the rooftop restaurant. Your instructor will provide recipes, so you can show off your new Turkish culinary skills upon your return home. At the conclusion of the meal, a car will return you to your hotel.
