Our trip was an amazing one. We booked with this agent and they took care of everything from pick up to drop off to the airport. It was a stree free trip during our whole stay. Special thanks to our Tour Manager Kaan who was very responsive during our stay in Turkey.

He always responded to us immediately no matter what time of day it is. I guess only because of Kaan’s constant communication with me made my trip a comfortable one. Our trip to Turkey was really great, we had so much fun and enjoyed it a lot. We met a lot of new friends in the Group Tour. Only we had a very bad experience in our Travel Agent. they They should Always and Always communicate properly and professionally to their GUESTS.

Our guide was Dilek Ozbey. She was so thorough in every aspect. She knew a lot of history about where we went and looked after us very well. One of us had a fall at the end of the tour and Dilek and the driver went above and beyond thier duty to not only take us to the hospital but actually stay with us right until the end and help us as interpreters and fast track us to be seen by relevant doctors. At the end they dropped us home. This was such a huge act of kindness and we were very grateful. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending her as a tour guide.

Our trip was visiting Istanbul and Cappadocia for 6 days and we booked it through Saban at Tourkeystay. It was an absolutely incredible experience, the tours exceeded our expectations by far, it was magical! We did 3 full day tours. It was a completely stress free trip, as the airport transfers, tours & transfers, domestic flights and hotels were all booked by Saban and taken care of. We didn’t have to think about having currency for museums, tours or taxis which also made it easy for us. Turkey went into a full lockdown days before our trip, but it has not put a damper on anything, in fact, tours were much better with no crowds as they remain open for tourism. I give Saban, his tour guides and their company 5 stars and cannot wait to book through them again!

When I arrived in Turkey in September it wasn't the best. Due to unfortunate circumstances I was left on my own. I then went on Facebook to find a tour company. I contacted Tourkeystay tours. Efficiency is an understatement with this company. After a brief conversation o was put in contact with the wonderful and awesome Mr. Saban Olcer. I literally begged him to come pick me up from where I was staying. He never said no, just ask me where I was and in an hr and couple minutes he was here. We spoke briefly and told him my circumstances. He never judged me, he just took my suitcase, boarded two trains to the other side of Istanbul. I was so relived. He housed me in a cozy apartment. Where I stayed was less than 5 min walk to the Hagia sophia, blue mosque, museum, Grand bazaar. He also booked tours for me to Cappadocia and Pamukkale. I highly recommend this tour company. Saban is an awesome and an amazing human being with a kind heart and personality. He turned a bad situation into a wonderful experience. Thank you Saban..

Very professional and frendly staff, very well organized, great communication, on time. Very happy with the service. Used it twice for airport transfer and twice for trip booking.

The coach picked us up at the hotel and dropped us to the pier. It wasn't really a guided tour as the guide only companys you to the place and then it's free & easy time to explore. Nothing much to explore as the shops are limited. Do be careful of the guy who brings refreshments ard on the cruise. He forces the drinks into your hand, not mentioning abt the price but comes ard to collect money from you after you have finished the drinks.

This is the worst most horrible agency ever. I’ve been in Istanbul for 4 days and I’ve been on time for all my booked tours (booked through Viator but with other agencies-not Tourkeystay Tours). We had to wait for other people on all tours to arrive and sometimes we waited over an hour-because traffic in istanbul is crazy. For this Galatea Tower tour, I called the agency yesterday and asked the guy what time is he going to pick us up from our hotel, he said he will not pick us up and instead asked us to meet him at the Galatea Tower. I accepted although in our booked tour we paid for hotel pick up and drop off. So I left the hotel really early, however due to traffic I called the guy and told him we will be a little bit late. He said ok. After 20 minutes exactly he called me and I told him I just arrived and just paying the taxi-he said that he already left because I was late. I told him but I arrived. He said no he left because he cannot make the other tourists wait. Please note that yesterday when I called him he said that no one else other than myself and my husband are registered for the tour. So suddenly today there were other people in the tour!!!! And he hung up the phone. I kept trying to call him but he wouldn’t answer and kept texting me telling me I had to stick to the time etc. I stood infront of Galata Tower not knowing what to do! I tried calling the agency but no one answered. I lost 133$ for a tour I didn’t go to. What an unprofessional and horrible agency!

good for a quick visit, but you can also you enjoy the 7D show if you have time and do not mind paying extra

I highly recommend you folks this fabulous opportunity while your in Istanbul you need take this tour, they offer two different routes that 1 can be done in one day, one of them crosses to the Asian side of Istanbul and is 48 hour trip fantastic. Supervisor called BAYRAM! He is So cheeky but he recommend me and my friends 48 hour trip and it was fabulous.. Near enough we see best places in Istanbul in 2 days... Saved us money, and time..

We had a half day afternoon tour in the Sultanahmet district. We were only 7 in the group, had a very knowledgeable guide. Being a small group, we felt like having a private tour rather than group tour we had reserved. Would highly recommend their tours to everyone interested in sightseeing in Istanbul.
