I booked a French speaking private guide for 3 days.I made mistake by not planning well my visit and believing that the guide will suggest nice and historical places to visit.I think he wasn't interested at all, he looked often bored and despite very generous gratuities wasn't willing to work few minutes more after 5 pm. All in all I wouldn't recommend going there without doing your own researches and planning before hand.Don't trust blindly and don't be shy ask for your guide credentials too .

I love Bursa because it is less touristy and you have the mountain area so close at hand. I always stay at the B Loft Hotel which is 30 mtrs from the beginning of the Bazaar, the rooms are a good size and well appointed, staff are first class and your stay includes breakfast. At night it is quiet but everything is close at hand.

Extremely disappointing experience with this company. After multiple mail exchanges and a WRITTEN confirmation, they simply pulled a ‘no show’. Waited for 40 minutes this morning for the guide for the day to arrive and after finally reaching the company by phone they claimed ‘we were not sure if you really wanted to book......’ Can only recommend to use others, this outfit is not serious.
