I trip to Busa take off from Taskim on time with Mustafa tour guide who give general information about Turkiye republic and history in Ottoman period, also put music and have fun in buss. There are shopping stopage during the full day trip, we reach Bursa snow going by cable car to reach the mountain. And enjoy the snow games. It was enjoyable time. Thanks

This was a highly disappointing experience, so bad I am writing this review during the event. The evening started with our driver contacting us to say he couldn’t pick us up outside the hotel and to meet him on a Main Street, no big deal except we got to where we were told the meeting point was and the driver then called to say he was able to get to the hotel and we needed to come back. Once we got to the vessel the boarding process was uneventful. We were then seated at a 4 person table with another couple who didn’t speak any of the same languages we did, again NO BIG DEAL, except there were at least a half dozen empty 2 person tables. The couples were seated with were very clearly ill and sneezing and coughing over us and our food so I am sure we will find ourselves sick tomorrow !The food was cold and mediocre at best. Then the entertainment started, or at least I think it started, I am not really sure because I was seated in a far corner (not by choice) and all the tables between me and the entertainment area had people standing up to video and I couldn’t see the performance and for good measure other people who couldn’t see from their seats also stood in front of me so all I could see was a very large sequin dress and smell the smoke being flipped in my face by those people. The servers tried, but there were just not enough for the large crowd and I didn’t have a drink for nearly 2 hours. I also wouldn’t call it a cruise, basically the boat just reversed and went forward and reversed again. Overall very upset by the negative experience and I feel like it would have been better to go to a hotel party as I feel like we didn’t get $60 worth of experience let alone nearly $600, I really want a refund, which I never ask for because it was so bad!

I paid for Bursa trip , the Nehir Travel send us to Sapanca, this isn’t serious. I want to compensation or refund the money.

This tour fell far short of my expectations, especially on the second day. The first day was pleasant, with a scenic tour of Cappadocia and its beautiful landscapes. However, the second day was a complete disappointment. I booked the trip hoping for a magical hot air balloon experience, as described—"a panoramic flight over the region’s iconic fairy tale chimneys." Unfortunately, it was nothing like that. The bus arrived late, causing us to miss the sunrise entirely. To make matters worse, we were taken to an unscheduled breakfast stop, further delaying our itinerary. When we finally arrived for the balloon ride, the location was so far from the fairy tale chimneys that we didn’t get to see them at all. Instead, the view was plain and lackluster. The schedule didn’t match what was promised, and the experience felt disorganized. Additionally, there was no "cave hotel" as advertised. I stayed in a stone-themed bed and breakfast, which was nice, but the check-in and check-out times were poorly managed. Upon arriving in Cappadocia, I had no chance to rest due to the late check-in, and the early check-out on the second day left me with hours to fill after the tour, despite having paid for the hotel. I ended up waiting at a travel office, exhausted from the tour. While the tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable, the overall experience was far from worth the price. The tour did not reflect the photos or description at all. If you're considering this trip, save yourself the trouble and book the hotels, flights, tours, and balloon ride independently.

The "2 Days Cappadocia Tour" organized by Old City Travel was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, the experience was flawlessly executed, and a huge part of that was thanks to Azmi’s exceptional support and care throughout the trip. Bad organizer. Didn’t contact me and said that they called someone else and he had canceled. What kind of organizer. And no refund was made even

Very commercialized tour. Promised to show us how they make Jam, Turkish delight and silk but all these places where shops selling overpriced jam, sweets and silk. We were also promised a puppet show for the kids at the turkish delight shop but this never took place. It was just a scam of taking us there. We could get this cheaper at shops around our hotel. This tour took 13 hours of which 6 was traveling time including the unnecessary shopping stops. Only 3 hours spent on actual tours. Go on a private tour and it can be done in half a day instead of 13 hours. GROUP TOUR IS A SHOPPING SCAM AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR AS A GROUP TOUR.

The tour in Cappadocia was amazing and the tour guide Mr. Ali was informative, cheerful and amazing guy. The Balloon ride had spectacular views with weather favouring us throughout. I had a big issue with the transportation logistics as it was part of the package, yet from cappadocia hotel yo kayseri airport they deviated the agreed timing without flexibility and from Sabeha airport back to hotel, i had to take a taxi on my own accord after waiting for more than 30mins, the driver being a no show and text messages going unanswered

It is super good value with so much entertainments. We all dance together at the end. If you want to drink alcohol , better join alcohol package at booking time.

This trip had been missold by local tour agents handing out leaflets for one tour and booking you for another, We were supposed to go to Busphorous trip paid over 200 pound for but was booked up for bursa 7 hour drive there and seven back on a bus stopping every hour for break or shopping at so called historical places..its all a scam .dont think you guys would want to go all way just for cable ride. That hapoend to be the only highlight, waste of trip. And believe me you,,,, very very long ride.definately dont reccommend for families with young childeren. I suggest people who are visiting and want the local tours than prebook all trips online.and do take note of other peoples views.

Avoid booking this tour if possible. Very disorganised and we were left waiting for long periods of time, several times. Tour guide did not give any clear instructions and there were several unnecessary stops. Worst bit is the fact we paid to be collected and dropped from our hotel driver dropped us off fifteen minutes away on the way back meaning we were left to find our hotel at midnight by ourselves which was very scary especially if you do not know your way around. Not a good experience

Horrible tour operator. Unplanned tours. Incompetent tour guides. No sense of timing. Do not stick to the itinerary. Take you to shops they partnered with for commissions and totally ignore the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary.
