At a central location in Jerusalem, board a climate-controlled minivan for the trip to the West Bank.
Upon arrival in the Palestinian community of Ramallah, walk through the town to see the tomb of Yasser Arafat, who once lead the Palestine Liberation Organization. You’ll visit the ancient ruins of Jericho, one of the world’s oldest cities, then pause at Qasr al-Yahud, the Jordan River site where Jesus is believed to have been baptized.
Next, head to Bethlehem for a Palestinian lunch in a local restaurant. You’ll also visit the Church of the Nativity and the Milk Grotto, and then see the “separation wall” that divides the city from Israel before returning to Jerusalem.
