Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The guide's Spanish is not completely understandable, many of us lost track of where we were or the history of the place because he did not know how to convey it, it was only historical data but not well put together and it became boring.
The worst thing is that even though there were only 10 of us, I was alone, we stopped at a store that he recommended for souvenirs because they always have a commission, he didn't say how long we should be there and he left without me! Without telling me that he was leaving, when I was paying at the cashier, when I left the store he was no longer there, and despite his colleagues telling him that I was missing, he left me.
Fortunately I found the bus driver by chance and I was able to reach him because he spoke to him on the phone to locate him. Later he got upset with another colleague and although he apologized, it is necessary to be clear so that they know what could happen to them.

We enjoyed a well organised tour. It was very informative and well planned. We visited all the places that were listed on the tour, and Giora, our guide added in a couple of extra visits for us, including the Jordan baptismal site. This was a very welcome surprise. Giora was an excellent guide who gave us much detail of where we were and what we were passing, this came from his knowledge as a native Israeli. We appreciated him and his excellent driver very much.
If there was one thing we could suggest it would be to have Biblical readings at the appropriate sites.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly and it was great to see all of these sites in one day. I would have liked a bit more time at each site to stop and pray; it was a bit hard as a religious person to see other groups saying the rosary, etc. and I felt like we were constantly being rushed back on the bus. But if you have limited time to see these places while in Israel, this is a good way to do it.

Dear Emily O,
thank you very much for your review.
I am glad you enjoyed the tour and our amazing guide, Israel is a very small country with a lot to offer and the tour is a chance for you to fall in love and be back.
I hope to see you again and with more time to enjoy another tour with CTO

Does this Tour stop at Mount Tabor for you to go inside the Church and see surrounding views? I shall be grateful for your response.

Could I join the tour in Nazareth or Tiberias and leave it again in either of those places at the end of the day? What would that cost?

Thanks very much Yvonne. Your answer is unfortunately too late for me, but may help others.

what time does the tour start and what exactly does it include?

Pick up time from the hotel in Jerusalem is scheduled for 7am-8am. This tour is done on Thursdays only by Viator. Please note that the driver could be late as in our case when picking up travellers. The tour usually starts immediately after all the people booked for the trip are collected from their hotels. We visited Mount Tabor, went inside the Church of Transfiguration, had time to do our prayers, take our photos. We saw the Jezreel valley. We visited Nazareth, the church of Annunciation, the Church of St Joseph, saw the location of the last battle Armageddon and visited Capernaum. Mount of Beatitudes and Tabgha were closed unfortunately when we did our trip due to the Jewish holiday and events at the time and so we never made it in but took pictures by the closed entrance.
