What to expect
  • Make your way to the designated meeting point in Jerusalem to meet your guide and set out for Jerusalem's Old City. Walk the Via Dolorosa and visit the Church of the Sepulchre, built on the legendary site of Jesus' crucifixion and burial. Explore some of Jerusalem’s colorful markets, and see the Byzantine Cardo, the remains of the old Roman road into the city. Pause by the Western Wall, an important site where pilgrims leave folded prayers between the stones. Continue on to Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus Christ: tour the city and visit the Church of the Nativity, whose chapels represent four denominations of Christian faith. The final stop of the day is a private beach on the edge of the Dead Sea, where you can slather yourself in mineral-rich mud, or simply float in the hyper-saline water. Your tour concludes with return transfer to Jerusalem.

Kind people but still no refund
May 2020 • Couples
We booked a private tour for our trip to Tel Aviv in May. Because of the Covid 19 we had to cancel in March and ask for a refund. Since March I send at least 10 emails about the refund. Kind answers that the refund will come. But now it’s August and still no money back!!!!!
We still love to visit Tel Aviv but I will book our private tour with a different agent.

Dear Customer, Thanks for sharing your experience with us. We understand that this is very frustrating and appreciate you reaching out. As you are aware of, the world is going through difficult times, and the entire travel industry is working hard to assist our valued customers during this stressful period. Our team is no exception, and we have refunded 80% of our refund requests. Unfortunately, delays are occurring but in no way indicate a scam or unwilling to refund. We sincerely apologize for the delay and hope to be able to welcome you in the future!

Great Tour
Feb 2020
I had the privilege to do this tour with Travel Israel and it was just amazing. The guide, Allan Younger was very experienced and had a lot of knowledge which made the experience much exciting and worthy.

I have made different tours with different operators and I can guaranteed that I was better assisted by Travel Israel staff, both the guides and the management , which I had the privilege to meet, were very professional and welcoming.

NB: Please pick the Jerusalem tour that start as early as possible, because you will be able to visit the placed with almost no visitors specially in low season.

Great Overall Tour
Dec 2019
Loved our walking tour of Jerusalem, it was a great way of getting an overall idea of the old city. Our Jerusalem guide Allan was very knowledgable and took very good care of us. The Bethlehem portion of our trip seemed a bit rushed and commercial moving from a gift shop to the church to a restaurant. I understand Bethlehem can be a bit more difficult to navigate with a tour group but I feel like they could have provided us more information. It left us with more to be desired. The Dead Sea portion of the trip was great, unless you plan on doing a full spa day the time allotted was more than enough. Great way to end the tour, had an overall good time.

Hi Jn_vincent, thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you felt rushed in Bethlehem, we do our best to spend enough time seeing each place and still allow for travel time, as it is a lot to see in one day. We're glad to hear that you had a great tour overall and hope you'll join us again.

Day Tour (Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Dead Sea)
We purchased a day tour for Jerusalem, Bethlehem & The Dead Sea..
Jerusalem- Amazing tour, only thing I was unhappy about was that we didn’t get time to shop.. Would have much rather the shopping portion of the tour be in Jerusalem and not in Bethlehem.
Bethlehem- Waste of the tour... Only nice part was the desert view while driving there from Jerusalem. Shopping was terrible.. Shawarma sucked and the people are extremely rude...
Dead Sea- BEST PART! Definitely something to see..But overall it was a good tour..

Amazing Isreal

The true highlights of a short trip to Isreal. Jerusalem walking tour was very interesting capped by the visit to the West Wall. Bethlem is in the Palestine section and the Dead Sea was hot!
