Amazing experience and the arrangements made by ZTT has been very good and a very good driver along with the vehicle. From picking up at the airport and drop the experience was fabulous. Got the 4* package with an upgrade at 1 hotel in Wadi Rum. The first hotel in Petra was an extremely basic 3*, so not a great start. Also, given the starting time (pick up in Amman at 9:00), we had very limited time to visit Petra and the guide that was included just stayed with us 3 hours, while the visit is supposed to last 4 to 5 hours. The Wadi Rum part went very well. Aqaba was included in the pack but wasn't worth it, as its not the right time of the year to go, it was too cold; we would have appreciated some comment/advice from the agency in this regard, to maybe replace it with a visit to Madaba. Dead Sea was good. The driver (Sami) that was with us during the complete trip was excellent.

the plan, schedule, the driver, selected hotels, ave perfect for us. our 1st time on visiting Jordan become an unforgettable journey. i want to say many thanks on this arrangements. our driver Bassam Shalabi is kind, has many hospitalities, punctuals, adequate proposals on timings and our time, and has patients when something occured. again, we both appreciate the driver and tours planed.

Basel was great! He’s honest and responsive to any questions or queries. The tour provider was also flexible and responsible to pick me up from the correct hotel.

Tour company was responsive when I updated them of my hotel location. The driver was on time and speaks English pretty well. The visit to Jerash and Citadel was like a step back to history.

We had 10 hours connection in Amman and booked the sightseeing in Amman. Our guide Hassan gave us nice tour through old and modern parts of the city. We found out so many fascinating things about Jordan, Amman and its people that we decided to come back again to stay longer. Mr Hassan made us fall in love with Jordan. Best time in a good company. P.S. the local food in Tawaheen Al Hawa is love from the first sight!

My guide, Hassan, did an excellent job introducing me to Jordan. He was very friendly and flexible. I was able to fully enjoy Petra and its many sites. I plan to do a longer trip to Wadi Rum and Aqaba in the future.

Basel was my tour guide for my day tour of Mt. Nebo, Madaba and Jerash. He was punctual, he speaks excellent English, is very amiable and friendly, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he tell me about the historic sites we were visiting, but he also answered all my questions about Jordanian customs, culture, history, politics, religion, national exports, education in Jordan etc. Additionally, I had accidentally left my Jordan pass back at the hotel, and he went out of his way to try and accommodate my mistake by asking locals if we could email my pdf to their computer so we could print it out again. We were unable to do this despite several attempts, but the lengths he went to to try and fix MY problem were truly commendable, and way beyond the call of duty. I had a fantastic experience visiting these wonderful historic sites, and I HIGHLY recommend Basel to anyone wishing to do any tours of Jordan.
