It was such a bad experience. They dont have any people on the ground, they took our money and disappeared from the camp. We had to fix our problems with other agents inside the camp; They didnot answer our calls. Also we waited for 1 hour for a 8 min dune bashing session, the quad bikes stopped working after 10 mins. All and all, do not book any services with them in Riyadh.

Can’t thank you enough for a wonderful tour. The group said it was the best tour they did in Riyadh. All the tour guides were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Our guide Bander was so kind and fun. He took the time to ensure we had the best experience. He made us feel like we were friends. He took care of all of our needs and ensured we had authentic Arabic coffee made by his mother and that we had an authentic Arabian meal. Would definitely book again.

Our family were lucky enough to have Bandar as our guide to the Red Sand Dunes on a private tour. Bandar was an exceptional guide and we were humbled by his authenticity and kindness. Tours in Saudi aren’t cheap but we had an excellent day and we appreciated Bandar’s flexibility and outstanding local knowledge. We highly recommend Bandar as a guide. Our teenagers agreed it was a very special day out. We wish we had more days for Bandar to take us out to some more areas. Highly recommend Bandar!!

A fantastic trip to the edge of the world. Brilliant guides and dealing with My Saudi Tours was a pleasure. They’re very communicative and respond almost immediately. 6 hour tour to the edge of the world with a traditional meal to finish things off. Absolutely beautiful views for sunset. Something I’d recommend for anyone visiting Riyadh!

Edge of the world is a must see place when visiting Riyadh. However I only speak English and as the person I was travelling with spoke Arabic the whole tour ended up being in Arabic and I didn’t know what was happening or what we were passing. The driver set up a nice spot for coffee for the sunset though.

What an experience. I want to stress the tour guide made the trip unforgettable. We had everything laid out smoothly and came away totally glad we booked this trip.

This was a wonderful morning quad biking in the desert . In addition the 4x4 in the dunes was also fun . Our tour guide was great . We got picked up at our accommodation which made life easy and communication was excellent with the tour group

Amazing experience visiting the Edge of the World. Picked up on time by our driver, taken to the Edge of the World which is spectacular. I would say even more spectacular than the Grand Canyon. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, we were provided with water, tea and snacks and also a lovely date cake. Our driver made sure we stopped at a rest stop for the rest room on the way back, and then the traditional Saudi Lunch was really nice as well.

It's was fun to see the safari and have the Carmel ride. The tour guide is friendly he introduce me many local stuff and social live in city. Beside the Carmel ride, they took me on SUV ride of sand dunes because I didn't do the quad bike. The dunes are breathtaking. They prepare the Aribic coffee and dates for the short picnic. It's super nice trip.

Well organized tour to the edge of the world with a tour guide that explains us all the landmarks of Riyadh during the car trip to our destination.

A really good way to spend the morning. We got picked up on time in a good vehicle with plenty of room. Arrived at the site after around an hour and a very brief intro to the quads and we were off. The time on the bikes was plenty and we were left to drive in dunes by ourselves. After the ride there was a chance to sit on a camel for a short stroll guided by a staff member with a rope. On way back we stopped for a drink at Dunkin Donuts paid for us. Overall very good. Some potential improvements - optional helmet on the bikes, tidier dunes - lots of litter, a longer camel ride option over the dunes and finally a better local coffee shop - Dunkin is not good coffee! But I am very glad I did this trip and would recommend it.

We just came back from a wonderful time in the desert. We had a lot of fun & the team take care of us. I would recommend to go for sunset, the photos are nice. The quad in the dunes is a crazy experience. Thank you habibi for this

Please do NOT use this company! They are scammers and we have had a terrible experience with them. I have lived in Saudi since 2014 and finally my family came to visit me for a holiday. We had no car and this company offered pick up from our location, they sent us an email and advertised a trip with a full itinerary, which looked really attractive, so we asked to proceed. Firstly they were extremely slow at confirming, only on the morning of the trip did they actually answer their phone or email despite me trying to contact them for two days. Next a driver did pick us up from our location, no English, but used google translate and we managed. He stopped at a gas station and asked us for cash. We only had 250 sar which he wanted for petrol and somehow communicated this will be deducted from the price. This was not mentioned previously, but he obviously didnt have any money and we needed gas to get to the desert. He then sent a link and wanted the full amount paid. It was a substantial amount. We paid using the link in full as all the trips were pay upon booking. When we arrived it was a lovely camp. It was actually a lovely evening. The problem was most of the itinerary was missing! There was no camel ride (my kids were absolutely devastated), no BBQ, no light games, no music, and no preparing the food in the traditional way. Due to the price we paid we asked for a partial refund as the advertised itinerary was completely missing from the trip. Of course they disappeared from the face of the earth and we haven't been able to contact them since. Extremely poorly run company, zero customer service.
