The husband picked me up at the agreed hotel and time.we had breakfast and drove around Beirut to the agreed stops but also he was only to pleased to stop and show me any other sights I wanted to see. All in all it was an excellent experience with an excellent guide.

A great experience! The grotto was beautiful as was the cable ride. Hayfa provided insightful information along the way with great context into the rich Lebanese culture and history.

Hayfa is a great guide. You don't endure a memorized speech; you tour her home city as you would with a friend or relative showing you around their town. All four of us "seniors" had a great day. On our next trip to Lebanon, we will definitely let her guide us to other places. I have been to Lebanon several times; but it was nice to spend time in a city where you can see life happening. Also, we enjoyed seeing the historical sites. A highlight was the lunch that is included!

Wonderful tour by an amazing guide. This was my first time in Tripoli despite being from the south of Lebanon. The tour was perfectly timed with a lot to explore. Hayfa was very knowledgeable being originally from Tripoli herself. We visited some of the historical sites Tripoli has to offer such as the Tanayel mosque, Ezzeddine Hammam, and Citadel Saint Gilles. We also had signature Trabulsi dishes that can only be found in Tripoli. Everything was taken care of so I only had to focus on getting to know Tripoli. The old souk was absolutely thrilling, where I was able to get souvenirs ranging from fragrant spices to beautiful traditional woodwork and blown glass. Even by being from Lebanon, this tour was very enriching and educational.

This was my first trip (out of 3) with Hayfa. We started with a lovely breakfast to get us ready for the day. Gieta Grotto was absolutely stunning and Hayfa let me take my time exploring. We then went to Jounieh and took the Téléphérique up to Harissa to see Our Lady of Lebanon and the breath-taking view from up top. Absolutely stunning and peaceful space. Hayfa is very knowledgeable and explained the history and the significance of the place. An absolutely wonderful guide who I would definitely come back to again and again. Would definitely recommend, especially for female solo travelers. This trip is a great start when visiting Lebanon, perfect time and pace.

Hayfa was absolutely wonderful. Very informative and stayed with us the entire day explaining what we were seeing. She was born and raised in Tripoli and was very familiar with the area.

As a solo Traveller I was a bit insecure going on my own at first. But I couldn’t have wished for a better guide than Hayfa! I didn’t have to take care of anything, everything was included, so I could really focus on getting to know Beirut. I strongly recommend booking a tour with Hayfa, it was amazing and worth every penny. At the end of the trip I knew so much more about the history and the people, living in Lebanon. The cable car and the Grotte were definitely a highlight for me. The view was breathtaking! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a wonderful tour of Tripoli! Hayfa was knowledgeable and kind and did an amazing job mapping out the places to see in Tripoli. We saw the souks, the castle/fortress, the beachfront, and more. Ali was an excellent host, as well. I look forward to future trips with them and would recommend them to anyone!

Hayfa is a fantastic host. She is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She also responded to enquiries straight away. I definitely recommend her and will be taking more tours with her next time I come to Lebanon.

At the beginning I got sad because jeita Grotto close because covid but I had a blessing trip to Harissa & my tour guide took me to St Gabriel the most sacred saint in Lebanon Thank you so much Daniel 🤗

Could not recommend Haifa enough for her help in arranging our trips to the Jeita Grotta and Harissa, along with an incredible cable car ride as well which was my personal highlight ... the views were incredible, even with the weather not being the best at the start. It made a massive difference to have that one on one experience with someone who knows so much about the area. Felt very personal and Haifa is so, so friendly. Really lovely person. She picked us up from our hotel in a nice car, and we had a lovely Lebanese style breakfast together before being taken to the Grotto which was awe-inspiring. Unfortunately at this time of year the lower grotto is out of bounds but this did not affect our trip negatively. She then had her driver take us to another spot, 20 minutes away where we hopped on the cable car which was such a fantastic experience. She met us at the top of the mountain where she walked around with us and took photos of my friend and I. The Harissa statue was lovely and we also stopped into the magnificent church too. The entry admissions to all of these are included in the price, as well as the breakfast and bottles of water for the journey. Haifa made our first day in Beirut really special. HIGHLY recommended! :-)
