Honestly, not much more than what you would get from a free walk tour which would've been a much better deal for your money. Tejo was cool, though!

Mr. Warren, Thank you very much for your comment, we are glad you enjoyed the tour. However, we believe that free tours have different aspects we are going to clarify. 0. We are a 100% legal company with all the requirements demanded in our country, if you have any problem, you would have a company that supports you all the time. 1 You are assured with a guide who is trained, good person, language and knowledge. 2. The tour is personalized, you can ask and know the local culture when you want it. Our guides can answer any questions and doubts about what you are doing. 3 Although Our tours have a specialized design, our tours adapt to the client's expectations, in a free tour it will never happen. 4. The groups of the free tours are very large (more than 40 people, not sustainable for the destination, irregular based on law, etc) where you are one more in the group just expecting a tip, even many force people to pay this. For us, we are just interested in making new friends and show the best of our country. 5. That if it's cheaper, of course, people with large grouprs contribute to the same guide and reduce the cost, sincerely you do not want to know all the "magic" behind them to be able to complete those groups. We always use good practices with responsable ways. 6. Free tours do not contribute to the community or the country. They do not pay taxes, they do not generate development for all the actors and they avoid costs at all for having to pay them. The only thing they expect is to get earnings at any cost, not based on client needs. 7. They are not certified neither in quality nor in sustainability (to be able to do tourism in the future), so anyone does it and nobody will answer later for what they did. It is difficult to compare this kind of services on equal terms, however, thanks for your appreciation and for having enjoyed with us. We operate tours, guides and transfers to huge companies (national or international) who had trusted on us, it has been a effort to have these recognitions. Andrés, Pass team

Thank you, Santiago, for a memorable day in Bogotá!
I didn't know what to expect since it was a short weekend trip in Bogotá. A quick search on TripAdvisor yielded Bogotá Pass and I used it's online booking site to booked a full day guided tour by a local with instant confirmation. On the day of the tour, my tour guide Santiago showed up quite a bit early and was very patient as I was checking out of the hotel. He took me around the major sights around the city and gave me a very in-depth commentary on all of the places we visited. His love of the city was evident as he could recount all the details of the history and back stories as a only native rolo can tell. Not only he is knowledgeable, he is very considerate and accommodating. I am a fruit lover and he took me to an amazing local market to try all kinds of fresh fruit. Out of all the cities I have visited around the world, Bogotá now ranks very high on my favorite place to visit, thanks to the best guide, Santiago. Thank you!

Dear Pascal, Thanks so much for your comment. Our city and country are in a huge process improving reputation and experiences. "The only risk is wanting to stay" and "Colombia, land of sabrosura" are perfect for this. We are so happy to be part of your ranking, we could/can change pre-ideas and become outstanding. Besides, we realize any trip is a big opportunity to fall you in love with Colombia. The Pal service you bought means the expert in many topics and has the flexibility of your schedule and plans. It´s top and very popular. Sometimes with or without transportation for more confort and effectiveness. There are many excuses to return and you already know with whom. Pass team

Amazing!
Nov 2017 • Solo
My friends and I truly had an amazing time hanging out with Dave while he showed us around the city.
He made us feel like we were walking around with a friend as we learned about Bogota's history.
I got to try empanadas for the first time and they were soooo good! As we walked through the square, there are locals all around selling their artwork and showcasing their talent. We stopped at a spot where an older man and woman were dancing the tango and Dave asked them if my cousin could salsa with the older man. They switched the music and allowed my cousin to salsa in the street.
It was so much fun!
Afterwards we were able to try a Colombian drink called Canelazo. It's made with sugar cane, liquor, cinnamon and other spices. It was delicious and warmed us up as it was chilly during our tour and even rained a bit.
We were able wait out the rain by sitting in Contraste coffee shop and tasted their local coffee. It was delicious! After the rain stopped, we walked through the city and Dave showed us some street art before we made our way back home.
We had so much fun in the square that we didn't have time to play the game Tejo but it didn't put a damper on the tour at all.
This tour is a must do and you HAVE to request Dave as he was the best!!
Thank you Dave for making our Bogota experience so memorable!
