I felt like this tour provided us with minimal guidance. They were not too communicative on where to meetup, I would have appreciated reference pictures and reminders day of. When we got to the salt mine the instructor ditched us and left us with a tour guide at the site or audio headset tour for English speakers. After the tour we had to wait a bit for bus to pick us up then we had lunch at Zipaquira. The lunch was amazing if it weren't for the great meal I would have left 2 stars.

Not as crowded as they tell you. It is so much better than expected. We took a Uber for a round trip that costed us less than $100, including 2 hours waiting time. Try to avoid rush hours because traffic is very bad in Bogota.

An interesting destination. The guide was amazing, friendly and helpful. Her job is hard. It’s like herding cats. Give people a time to meet and invariably they don’t bother. She had the patience of a saint. Her English was fantastic. The driver did so well in the horrendous traffic. The communal meal was fab. It’s always great to chat to people from other parts of the world. Language has no barriers in these situations and it’s what makes travel so awesome.

Great day! Enjoyed this solo trip with a energetic and knowledgeable young woman guide, Tatiana, I believe. In addition to the cathedral, Zipaquira was an interesting town to wander around.

Our guide Esteban was excellent. He was so knowledgable about Bogota and enthusiastic to tell us what he knew. He made the stops really worthwhile as he came off the bus with us to show us things that we wouldn’t otherwise have seen. Really enjoyed it.

Despite the difficult traffic in Bogotá, the tour is useful for learning about some interesting topics of the city's history, culture and tourist spots. We met again with the guide Néstor, his work was impeccable since he knows his city in depth, he wants tourists to know the city so they want to return. I recommend taking this tour in the morning because in the afternoons the traffic in Bogotá is chaotic and hellish.

It was a whole lot more than what I was expecting. A random guy singing opera in one of the alcoves. Very moving! Our guide Estaban took great care of us and made sure we took in the highlights.

Diego and Carmelo (our driver) were fantastic. They were attentive and knowledgeable and really made the experience that much better. The activity itself was very memorable. The town of Zipaquira is quaint and full of history, with great little restaurants. The Salt Cathedral is impressive! Be sure to check out the video that details the history and the process. It’s really amazing to experience such a unique place. Diego does not accompany you during this tour as you have your own guided tour with the ticket, but he and Carmelo wait for you at the exit. The restaurant after the cathedral was a treat as well. The food was delicious and really left us full for the rest of the day. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic day!!

The tour was good! We made a lot of foto’s of the beautiful vieuw of bogota. We got to a mirador where u see the whole city. This hop on en off go around monserrate and museums so it was very easy to get off and back up. Sebastian was very attend, would make you feel at home and is always pending to answer question or help you out. I would recommend this.

Sabastian is the best tourist guide. He explained everything very clearly and everything went smoothly because of him. Our bus driver also did a great job.

This was a great trip. We took a bus to the Salt Cathedral and were able to tour and learn the history behind it. We then had an amazing meal at a local restaurant. Our host was amazing. Great experience!
