The guy was professional, nice and very helpful, not to mention very knowledgeable about Georgetown. Now I’m from there so I know a few history but he was a bit more , one word to describe my experience. WOW!Written 8 July 2021

Tour guide, Omari, was very informative. He provided me with many historical facts on Guyana. He was able to point out and explain many architectural buildings and their historical purpose. He ensured full safety during the tour. I highly recommend this tour but encourage the government to place more bike lanes in the city to encourage tourism.

We had a great time learning more of Guyana’s rich history and culture with Cherry Ann! She took us around Georgetown and showed us a lot of places. We went to the market and got food, walked through the national museum, and saw a bunch of important Guyanese landmarks. Cherry Ann was very engaging and knowledgeable and made the day so much fun The best part of the tour was going to the sea wall and hanging and talking with locals. We were visiting for my fiancé birthday and Cherry Ann also made sure the tour felt special. Would 100% recommend this tour for anyone’s first time in Guyana or if you just want to know more about Georgetown.

Our guided bicycle tour of Georgetown was
Delightful! Accompanied by my daughter and son-in-law, we met Jerilyn? At the assigned location at 8:00am after arriving in Georgetown at 2:am the same day. We pedaled through the streets, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the drivers being respectful and stopping when waved at. Our guide was passionate, adding depth to our exploration with fascinating anecdotes and personal insights.
One highlight was indulging in the local street food scene at Bourda Market. From savory cassava balls to a soft puri, we enjoyed the Guyanese cuisine. It was a perfect complement to our sightseeing, since we had skipped breakfast.
As we meandered through the streets, we marveled at the changes and bustling markets. From the historic St. George's Cathedral to the colorful Bourda Market, and the Walter Rodney Anthropology museum, we got an overview of Georgetown
Overall, our bicycle tour was a memorable experience that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the charm of Georgetown, Guyana. A big thank you to our guide for such a wonderful adventure! Just wait a day after arrival to schedule so you’re not too tired!

Ride Along GY gave me a relaxing and even educational experience pedaling through the streets of Georgetown on a Historical City Tour. Their team was courteous, friendly and very lively which made the tour a fun experience. I enjoyed the brief history lessons imparted by the Guide and would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn more about this city and have some fun while doing it. I look forward to using Ride Along GY for another excursion in the future

This was one of the best tours I have ever been on. Cherry-Ann is so knowledgeable and passionate about providing an inclusive experience to show what a hidden gem Guyana truly is. The bikes were very well taken care of. She is the only tour provider offering bike tours. Because I was the only one on the tour, she was able to customize it as we went and showed me some smaller restaurants with incredible food. I would go back on the tour again!

We had a great time! This was a great bike tour of Georgetown!
The bike tour guides were knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. We went out during the rain, but we had a fun time and it was a unique way to see Georgetown's sights.
The guides made sure our large group was always together, safe, and having a fun time. When we came back, we had some delicious traditional West Indian pastry snacks.
I highly recommend the tour and the business owner is amazingly helpful and always available to answer questions.

It was great! She adapted the tour sine we had already been at som of the places, and she also let us take the tour an hour later because we misunderstood the time. She was a great guide and had a llt of stories to tell

This is an excellent tour and Cherry Ann is a great tour guide. The route is totally flat so very easy to complete at a leisurely and relaxed pace, taking in all of Georgetown's key sights. If you are a cricket tragic, make sure you absorb the atmosphere at the old Bourdra test cricket ground, the home of many famous cricket legends. Also take Cherry Ann's advice to start early. By late morning it gets very hot but nothing the local cucumber & ginger iced drink cannot alleviate.
