Overall - a pretty good tour. My husband and I were the only English speakers on the tour and felt like we were given a very "abbreviated" version of the information. It was extremely hot on the day we went (which is common here), and once early afternoon came it was simply too hot for us to continue and we ended our tour early. The price was fair, and on par with other tours we'd seen.

It was amazing to see the small city of Paramaribo. Beautiful 😍 Dutch signature on the old buildings. Quite and lovely city with loving people.

Paramaribo is one of the loveliest cities in the world. Jewish synagogues next to Muslim mosque next to a China town with a strong Dutch heritage. Lionel us a very good, chill and knowledgable guide for a pleasant morning walk

For us, this was less a cooking workshop than an evening in pleasant company of a local couple enjoying a good meal. I’m not sure how much I learned about cooking Javanese food (we are both quite experienced in many cuisines) but I would not have missed the experience which was delightful and gave us insight into the daily life of a local family.

Good place to visit... But no shops near by and no guidance if you missed the route to reach the places...
