Our incoming flight was delayed a number of times and they communicated to say they were aware of the delay to reassure us they would be there to collect us at the new time. We left Noumea during difficult and dangerous political turmoil. Our driver safely navigated us through to the airport.

Very easy transfer to hotel. Going back took twice as long so check in online. But trip in was excellent and could wait in longe while collecting passengers

Took 1. 5 hours to go from Anse Vata to airport - because they picked up a passenger from a very random location - was worried check in would close. But pick up as exactly on time.

Salatoa (our driver) was amazing! He was friendly, professional, courteous and very informative. As we drove from the airport to our hotel , he pointed out places of interest and answered all of our questions. We have booked this company again for all of our airport transfers. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. We used Arc en Ciel shared bus transfer from La Tontouta airport to our Noumea apartment in March 2024. A very good and professional service. Very helpful English speaking staff. We also used an Arc en Ciel private transfer back to La Tontouta airport on our return in early April. On-time pick-up from our apartment with a very efficient and professional driver. We would certainly use these services again for any future visits to Noumea.

First of all, Our driver was 30 mins late - pick up time was scheduled for 740am, the bus didn’t arrive till after 8. No apology or reason given. As we are boarding the bus, the driver tells us in French he doesn’t have a car seat for our baby. I’ve replied saying I don’t speak French too well and if he could please speak English. His reply was “well that’s your problem”. He then carries on talking about the missing car seat, making it sound like i did something wrong (although I had mentioned upon booking that we had a baby with us). He finally lets us board, and drives to the airport. We arrived past 9am, with literally minutes to spare till bag drop closed and we almost missed our flight. Considering how expensive is this service, the attitude of the drivers and the delay were absolutely disgusting. Do yourselves a favour and spend a bit more money on a private transfer. We used private custom when around the island and their service is fantastic.

We used this company for our transfer to the hotel in noumea they were wonderful easy to book online wonderful ground staff efficient service we would use them again!!!

Purchase on Viator as I had difficulty on wifi at my hotel to directly book on their website. It kept glitching for two hours. So, looking thru TripAdvisor, it took me to viator for some reason, and I purchased a ticket. The ticket had no indication of pick-up time from the bus. I message the tour operator a day before my flight. But, I never got an email or reply from Viator. Then this morning I went to reception around 5:50am and he told me that the bus left at 5:20am. At 7:06am, I got an email reply from Arc en cien. They claim that they sent me an email. I was so irate because I had to book a private taxi for AUD$139. So, to sum it all. There was no email sent as I checked my primary inbox, spam/junk. Arc and Viator up your game because not all customers have a local sim and we rely on hotel. Please have a whatsapp for us to contact Arc en ciel Rep. This will save headaches for customers. This was my April fools day being sent an email a bit too late by Arc to say that they sent me confirmation by email. Well, it's too late for that mate. I never received any email on my inbox.

Disgraceful and appalling . TripAdvisor take the money 3 months out and the transfer does not show and am informed it shut months ago. Now stranded at airport as there are NO TAXIS, no cars to hire AND NO OTHER TRANSFERS . Absolute rubbish service.

We used this service twice - from the airport to Noumea and back again. Excellent service. They have a lounge at the airport with WiFi and aircon. They were easy to find on arrival. Would book again. Thank you

This is a fantastic service. We used Arc en Ciel to get us to our hotel and for a transfer from our hotel back to the airport. The drivers are very professional and the seats in the mini bus are comfortable. They have English and French speakers at the company, fantastic for me as my spoken French is not perfect.

Driver picked us up at the arranged time. The mini van was clean and the driver was very professional. Arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare before departure.

Our cruise was diverted from NC to Cairns because of a cyclone. I cancelled our tour in time, but they still took the money out of my account, after telling me they had paid it back. So far no refund!

The driver was early and parked round the corner sowe did not see the bus arriving, we were at the pick up point 5 mins before the pi kup time. it then left without us. However we contacted the company and they pulled out all the stops and picked us up in a car and got us to the airport on time thanks.
