Great time and lots of fun if you’re looking for a great experience for your whole group. A bit wild and wet but you can go at your own pace if needed. Best time for us on our cruise

The experience was not as described. The quad bikes was only a small circuit with no stop at "Grand Cascade Lookout" which was in the description. My bike didn't idle and stalled everytime we stopped if i didnt quickly put it in neutral and rev it, which the organisers didn't seem to care about. We were left there on our own, as our bus headed elsewhere and then had to sit in the shed for 45mins after to wait for it to come back. And the communication was really poor, the driver didn't know which tour we had booked, we were removed from the bus we were originally on and then put on annother one and no seemed to know where we were going! I did get offerred a refund before we started but then what would we do with no transport and nothing else booked (as we got off our cruise ship for a day at port). Terrible orgainisation, I wouldn't recommend Yumi or the quad bikes.

We had a great day touring round with Yumi tours. Vincent was our guide and Alex was our driver extremely knowledgeable very flexible. We ended up going about six different places which included seeing the turtles going to Eden on the river, Hideaway Island, duty-free twice, the markets and blue lagoon, back to the ship by five, the best day ever.

Fantastic, on time, patient and great service. They were patient while we got our bags and sorted ourselves out. Gave us an initial tour as we were driving and very pleasant to interact with 👍

HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING WITH YUMI TOURS FOR EXCURSIONS. When we arrived to Port Villa we got off the cruise ship and Yumi Tours was very easy to find and the vehicle was big enough for 12 people and had aircon which was great as it was humid and very hot. Our tour guide Vincent was the best he was so nice and was very informative about the history of Port Villa on the way to our excursions.Before you start your excursions they do take you to the duty free shop which was great because there was no one was there. FIRST STOP- Edens river was beautiful area very green there was a little kids park there was a little shop does take AUD if you want to get a drink or some food. Beware that the stairs are really steep going down to the river and going back up to the area where you get back on the bus.There is also zip lining and tree tops you can do but does cost extra if you didn’t book prior. But overall Edens was beautiful and was very fun as you can slide down the rocks they do have floaties to slide down the rocks and into the water. SECOND STOP- Blue Lagoon was so beautiful would highly recommend go there,was kid friendly very popular spot there so many people there but was very beautiful swimming spot. Yumi Tours provided a yummy bbq lunch which was so good as after all the swimming we got really hungry overall experience was amazing. THIRD STOP- Quad bike riding would highly recommend for everyone had a really good time but would recommend wearing long pants as the parts from the quad bike were really hot and got burns on my legs and make sure you wear goggles as the tracks were dusty they do provide them also wear covered shoes. Overall Yumi Tours did such a fantastic job and were such amazing people definitely would go again with them.

Amazing day out. Friendly tour guide and staff members. The waterhole/waterfall during the quads was a surprise and extremely beautiful. Would 100% recommend and would love to do it again. Wish we got our hands on the videos that staff took

Great experience. Quite busy day with lots of hoping on and off for my liking. The driver Moses was extremely friendly and helpful. Tour ran on time with zero difficulties. The last stop at Eden was downer after such wonderful first two spots. The food provided at lunch was taste and enough for seconds. The price for the tour looking now retrospectively is slightly higher. Overall we both had a very good time.

Absolutely fantastic day. Hideaway island was great fun snorkelling. Eden on the River & the Blue Lagoon were both beautiful. Lunch was nice too. Special shout out for our guide Moses who was fantastic. Highly recommend this tour.

My partner and I had an incredible experience with Yumi Tours. The tour was well organised and exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Phillip, was exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We had plenty of time to explore each location, and the seamless pick-up, drop-off and transfers between each location made everything stress-free. We couldn't fault their services at all. We used Yumi twice on our recent trip to Vanuatu. We booked a transfer from airport to our first hotel on arrival through Viator. We then contacted them to arrange a transfer from Moso landing to airport. They were prompt and polite. Prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic what a beautiful day we had so much fun our tour guide was amazing quad bikes and river were stunning and the blue lagoon was the highlight of the trip

Guys were friendly enough but they forgot our booking! We booked and paid at least a month before. After a 30 minute wait they organised our transport.

Very professional , caring and informative. We all loved our day . Vincent was informative and our driver was amazing. Right from ship back to ship in good time.
