I had a trip to Georgia on August. This company made our trip fantastic. Me, my wife and 3 kids visited 4 different parts of Georgia and all the places were very beautiful. We had booked a Tblisi old city tour through Viator. The Tour Operator was Fast Travel, Georgia. It was great to see extremely professional service even before we commenced the tour. Upon arrival itself, we had a representative from Fast Travel who contacted us on Whatsapp and requested us for our hotel location in order to pick us up the next day. It was very reassuring to get their prompt responses and pick up was fixed the next day at 1130hrs. Like other tours we have taken in Europe we expected the pick up to be a coach that would either take us to a central point from where the tour began or be running a shuttle from hotel to hotel picking up guests and then commencing the tour. We were very pleasantly surprised that it was neither. Nick our tour guide and driver arrived promptly at the appointed hour and were the only people in that very comfortable car that was exclusively for us. He spoke decent English and made us feel very relaxed by stating that though this was a walking tour of close to 5 hours, he would be happy to drive us to different locales if we were tired or did not want to walk. The fact that it was raining did not seem to bother Nick (nor us) and we had a thoroughly enjoyable and educative tour of the city’s main highlights which included the Freedom Square, Peace Bridge, The Mother of Georgia monument and the Narikala Fortress, the waterfall and Sulphur baths and the historic churches and Trinity cathedral. Nick was very knowledgeable of history as well as shared anecdotes that only a local would have known. There was no pressure unlike in other tours to be at a certain place at a certain time and they also did not seemed to mind if the tour went beyond the specified time as long as their guests had a good time. Fast Tour Georgia, Nick and team – you guys did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend you to friends travelling to Georgia.
