      Great DMZ Tour
I really recommend doing the DMZ and suspension bridge, but don't forget to wear comfortable shoes and clothes because you'll do quite a lot of climbing both at the bridge and 3rd tunnel. We had Leo as our guide and he was amazing! He gave us lots of information and fun facts about the places we visited and showed us lots pictures as he was explaining too. I really loved this tour! ☺️

DMZ tour w/o red suspension bridge
We went for the DMZ trip with our guide Orota. The communication before the tour (via WhatsApp) was outstanding, so it was very easy to find the departures point in Seoul. Traveling by bus was also very comfortable! This day, the guidance was held in English and Japanese language. We visited Imjingang, entered the DMZ and went to the third infiltration tunnel, the Dora observatory and the village Daeseong-dong. It is really impressive and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I could learn a lot about the relationship between North Korea and South Korea. Orota had plenty of information about the history and one could see that she is clearly an experienced guide. Asking individual questions, she went even more into detail. The tour had a convenient, friendly atmosphere. Thank you very much for this exciting journey - best greetings from Germany!

      Interesting DMZ tour
I can recommend taking the trip to the DMZ and suspension bridge. The stops and sights were great, informative and exciting. Our guide was fun and good at keeping the group on time. Wear good shoes for the trail and tunnel visits - bring an umbrella or raincoat too. Snacks and food is possible to buy several places but each stop has limited time so bring something along as well if you prioritize the sights and picture taking.

    Dec 2019
This was an end of December 2019 tour of an alternative DMZ package. The normal DMZ tour was still not available due to concerns about the swine flu. The tour provider informed us of the alternate itinerary as soon as we got confirmation of the booking. Itinerary for our tour was the Ganghwa Peace Observatory, Veterans Memorial Park, Imjingak Park, and the Art Space Beat.

I think the tour was too short for people to have a good insight of the sites. If the tour was extended by an hour, it would have allowed a better experience. I felt like the group was being herded too quickly for people to understand the history behind the sites.

This was certainly the highlight of my visit to Korea. It was a full day the mini bus was well appointed albeit that i was in the rear and that was somewhat cramped. We visited every thing as was promised and we did have a lot of fun it was also educational and our guide Kynie was exceptional. There was a total of 9 of us in was the only solo traveller and the group were awesome one couple from Perth a mother and son from France and a Norwegian couple all very nice people which certainly added to the experience .i would hotel;y recommend this VIP tour

It's a great opportunity to visit the one and only demilitarized zone that separates what once was a united country. The tour is efficiently organized and meaningful. My guide, Jung was very knowledgeable, kind and funny. She did a great job in giving visitors insight and background of the conflict. Recommended when visiting Seoul.

I really wanted to go to the DMZ on my short trip on S. Korea because of the history behind it.

The tour guides thought of everything so every step was planned but also allowed for some time to really explore and look around. It was interesting to see how the DMZ is in person. It certainly wasn't what I was expecting

My only problem with the tour was the 3rd tunnel because of the incline as I have hip pain going up stairs. They recommend certain travelers not explore the tunnel, and I would add that if you have trouble with going up stairs, don't go all the way in.

And try the ice cream, it was delicious 😋

Jung was our tour guide for this one and she definitely has a good sense of humour. She was very nice and ensured that everyone was on the bus at the designated time (even helped people getting pictures taken). A lot of historical information is provided, along with pop culture facts. The 3rd tunnel walk was amazing and quite an interesting experience. I tend to be a bit claustrophobic but I was fine in terms of going through and back from the tunnel. I would definitely recommend this tour if you want to learn further about South Korea history.

Some of the views we managed to see were excellent, we were a bit worried that due to the weather visibility may be poor. Fortunately luck was on our side and the highlight was the Dora observatory. being able to see over the border and see a North Korean flag with people in the background living there normal lives was a surreal experience and really helped to put into the perspective the human element of the conflict.

Our Guide, Jung was excellent at explaining the various aspects of the area and made jokes along the way to lighten the mood and overall did a fantastic job.

The only thing I would mention is that at times there was a feeling urgency. Due to the nature of the area, with a limited amount of time allowed within it, I felt at some moments a bit rushed, and I would have liked to hang around for a bit longer at the unification village. Despite this, I gave 5 stars as this is simply the rules dictated by the military that have to be followed.

The DMZ tour was a must do activity while staying in Seoul. Our Guide Orota was fantastic. She kept the tour engaging, enthusiastic, and informative, whilst also keeping it concise and doable as a half day tour, which we appreciated. Booking and finding the meeting point for the tour was simple. Once on the tour, Orota gave us all the relevant history and background information to the DMZ in order for us to get the most of the tour. As someone who had researched the DMZ heavily, the tour included other stories and information which wasn't as well known which was a nice surprise. Our guide was exemplary and could not have done more to accommodate us. We would very highly recommend this tour.

I would 100% recommend this tour if you're interested in Korean history as they explain really interesting facts and you can even drink water from the inside of one of the North Korean tunnels.
    Overall had an amazing experience!

Among the packages departing from downtown Seoul, DMZ is a tourist attraction that shows Korea's history, so I made a reservation with my friend who visited Korea 🙂

I went to a Korean school, so I had some basic knowledge of Korean history, so the contents of the tour were not difficult, and fortunately, my friend who was with me understood everything easily!
I moved to Imjingak once, and both the English guide Heidi we met and the Joey who led us were bright and pleasant, professionally and kindly explained.
I asked right away if I had any questions and it was really impressive and touching to see you explain them in detail every time!
I would like to recommend it for friends living abroad to have a special experience 🥹 Thank you Heidi, Joey!

There's a tour where I go down the tunnel myself. It was an amazing and exciting experience in many ways
+ Don't take off your helmet because you're frustrated on your way down! The ceiling is low, so I can hear you hitting your helmet here and there. I laughed at it with my friend, and we were hit the same way 🤣
